Tampa Man Accused Of Molesting Child
A 69-year-old Tampa man was arrested Saturday and charged with lewd and lascivi- ous molestation on a child under the age of 18. He is cur- rently being held at the Hills- borough County Jail without bond.
Tampa Police responded to an East Tampa home in refer- ence to an inappropriate touching accusation. Upon their arrival, a 14-year-old girl told police that on Friday, the man had reached under her shirt and touched her breasts with his hand. She also told police that he touched other parts of her body through her clothing.

Quarrel Leads To Shooting Death

St. Petersburg Police are cur- rently investigating the shoot- ing death of a 26-year-old man. The murder took place Sunday evening.
According to police, Aaron Anthony Davis, became in- volved in an altercation. The altercation escalated and Davis was shot several times.
He was transported to Bayfront Hospital, where he later died.
Several witnesses were in- terviewed by police, but no ar- rests have been made. The investigation is continuing.
The suspect is described as a Black man in his early 20s. There was no other suspect de- scription available at press time.

A 14-year—old boy is accused of committing sexual battery on a 19-month-old toddler. A wit- ness reported the offense to the St. Petersburg Police Depart- ment.
The incident took place on Saturday. Following an investi- gation, the teenager was ar- rested and charged with sexual battery on a child under the age of 12. He was transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center, in St. Petersburg.
Well Dressed, Gun-Wielding Suspect Robs Bank

Police are currently searching for a man who robbed a bank last week. Police believe he drove away after committing the crime.
According to police, the man walked into the TD Bank, 1018 Lumsden Road, around 5:30 p.m. Friday. The man walked into the bank holding a semi- automatic handgun with a laser. He demanded cash from the teller and fled the scene, possi- bly in a late modeled 4-door Lexus, silver in color.
The suspect was well dressed and wore a plastic medical oxy- gen mask with an oxygen tube connected to a side carried mes- senger bag.
The man is described as a Black man between 5’8” and 5’10 tall, and weighing between 180 to 200 pounds. He has a stocky building and was last seen wearing a black suit jacket, black dress slacks, white shirt with black tie, and a black base- ball style hat.

Last week, police arrested a 23-year-old man who allegedly attempted to conduct a drug transaction. The office took place at Citrus Park Town Cen- ter.
According to police, when
Javier Edit Barzaga-Gar- cia was taken into custody, he reportedly had 239 Oxycodone pills in his possession.
Garcia then told police that he had more pills at his resi- dence. Police went to his home and discovered and additional 2,100 Oxycodone, 15 grams of 40 mg., Oxycontin, 13 grams of 30 mg Oxycontin, 13 grams of Opana ER, and 20 grams of Methadone. The esti- mated street value of the drugs was more than $35,000.

She Seeks Help
A 33-year-old man was ar- rested after he allegedly at- tacked a woman and then followed her after the attack. The man left after police were called, but was later appre- hended.
According to police, a woman was walking on N. 30th Street Saturday night when she was approached by a man who engaged her in a conversation. After they stopped and smoked a ciga- rette, the victim told the man she had to get home. As she at- tempted to walk away, the man reportedly blocked her and wouldn’t allow her to leave.
He is alleged to have grabbed her and forced her to the ground near a business. A witness who was walking by heard the woman screaming for help and intervened.
The witness observed him on top of the woman, but he got off the victim after seeing the witness. The victim went to a nearby Dollar General Store for help.

Police said the suspect fol- lowed her to the store and the witness called police. The man then left after he realized that police had been called.
Following their investiga- tion, police located Rasheen Laron Smith a short time later in an alleyway near E. Linebaugh and N. 30th Street.
Both the victim and the wit- ness identified Smith as the attacker.
Smith was transported to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he was charged with kidnapping and sexual battery.

Woman Sought For Robbery
At Department Store
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has issued a warrant for a 31-year-old woman. The woman has been identified as the female who participated in a robbery at Target, 13658 University Plaza, last month.
According to police, a tip to Crime Stoppers led police to identify Samara Rivera as the person involved in the crime. Her male counterpart has not been identified.
Police said that on Novem- ber 30th, a woman selected several pieces of merchandise and concealed them on her body. She then attempted to leave the store without paying for the items.
Loss prevention employees attempted to stop the woman as she left the store and she began to physically resist them. The unidentified man then pushed one of the Loss Prevention employees to help the woman escape.

The Loss Prevention officers recovered the stolen property. The man is described as a white or Hispanic man be- tween the ages of 22 and 29, he is approximately 6’2” tall and weighs between 180 and 200 pounds. He had medium length black hair and several tattoos on his face, neck, and
