RAY WILLIAMS
          MRS. ADDIE GENEVA BOSTICK
Mrs. Addie Geneva Bostick of Tampa passed away Saturday, October 14th, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 21st at 11 a. m. at St. Mark Missionary Bap- tist Church of Port Tampa, 7221 S. Sherrill Street, with Elder Correggio Reaves, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mrs. Bostick was a native of Royal, Florida and a resident of Tampa for many years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a member of the 2nd graduating Class of 1937 from Middleton Senior High School.
Addie gave her life to Christ at a young age and joined St. Mark M. B. Church of Port Tampa, where she remained a faithful member until her pass- ing. She served faithfully in many positions including singing in Choir #1 where she remained until her health failed. “Mama Addie,” as she was fondly known, worked many years at MacDill AFB - AAFES and retired after 27 years.
She was preceded in death by: her mother and father, John and Stella Green; husband, William K. Bostick, Sr.; son, Frederick G. Bostick; two sis- ters, Ella J. Brooks and An- dromeda Cannon; and brothers, John Green, Howell “Mack” Green and Thomas Green; and granddaughter, Chinita Bostick.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her two sons, Howard A. Bostick (Betty) and William K. Bostick, Jr. (Annette); grand- children, Debra D. Cobb (Willie, Sr.), William K. Bostick, III, Sheila Ann Downing, Terrance Tisdale, Howard A. Bostick, Jr. (Nicole) and Angela G. Hills (Marlon, Sr.); great grandchil- dren, Jasmine Hills, Marlon Hills, Jr., Darius Bostick, Damarcus Bostick, Chenavia Bostick, LeVondre Carter, Anto- nio Wingo, Mario Bostick, Sr., Angelique Bostick, William K. Bostick, IV, Terrance Tisdale, Jr. Marquise Tisdale and Shan- tara Tisdale; sister-in-law, Eliz- abeth Green; daughter-in-law, Sandra (Bostick) Mills; devoted cousin, Dr. Margaret Fisher and lifelong friends, Mrs. Lottie A. Henderson and Mrs. Dorothy Farmer; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great-great grands and other relatives and friends, including St. Mark M. B. Church and the Port Tampa Community.
The Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p. m. Friday, October 20th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Satur-

MR. JADELL MCADOO DARNES, SR.
Mr. Jadell McAdoo Darnes, Sr. of Tampa, passed away Sat- urday, October 7, 2017. A Cele- bration Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, October 21,2017at11a.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL.
Mr. Jadell McAdoo Darnes was a native and lifelong resi- dent of Tampa. He was edu- cated by the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Jefferson High School. Mr. Darnes was self em- ployed as a Professional Barber and was an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneer Fan. He was a proud grandfather and he loved his family, especially his grandchil- dren. He will be truly missed.
He was preceded in death by: Bethel Pierce, Sr., Willie Norwood, Joel Pierce, Sr. and Cassie Mae Jackson.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving children, Jalissa Darnes (Lavier Price), Jadell Darnes, Jr., JaShawn Darnes and Janaye Darnes; lov- ing and devoted parents, Linda Darnes and Ronnie Britt (Glo- ria Britt); grandmother, Daisy Milton; three sisters, Akira Darns, Jonada Darnes and Es- tella (Shelley) Gray; brother, DaRon Britt; grandchildren, Jamal, Jamel and Miracle; close family and friends, Taderra Pierce, Melissa Murray and Demedra Blackmon; three nieces, Chayla, Cheniya and Genesis; aunts and uncles, Bethel Pierce (Natasia Lamb), Joyce Baker (John Baker), Jackie Adams (Freddie Adams), Tammy Gilbert (Eddie Gilbert) and Charles Thomas; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.

MS. VALERIE L. CRAWFORD
Ms. Valerie L. Crawford of Tampa passed away Monday, Oc- tober 9, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Oc- tober 21st, at 2 p. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, offici- ating.
Ms. Valerie L. Crawford was born on January 30, 1968 in Tampa, Florida to Jewel Burnett and J. D. Lewis. She was a resi- dent of Tampa, for 49 years. She was educated in the Public Schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Leto High School, Class of 1986. Valerie was employed at Progressive In- surance Company for over 15 years.
She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Jimmie L. and Christina Warren, James T. and Christine Elizabeth Warren; aunt, Nadine Harris and cousin, Lance Harris.
Valerie leaves to cherish fond memories: her parents, Jewel Burnett and J. D. Lewis; two lov- ing sisters, Cheryl Guzman and Temika Burnett; three uncles, Jimmy Warren, Joseph Craw- ford and Ulysses Warren; two aunts, Tara Thomas and Theresa Crawford Warren; loving nieces and nephews, Brittany Guzman, Jenelle Guzman, Shania Smith, Jayda Longstreet, Cameron Mor- ris, Braylon Morris and Sky’e Thompson; cousins, Fred Harris, Ricky Roberson, Tyra Warren, Teara Keaton, Briana Keaton, Kayla Keaton, Bobby Keaton, Jasmine Crawford, Michelle Raines, Ronald Golden, Marshall Golden, Carl Golden, and Jimmie Warren, III; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends to include, the Guzman, Morris, Golden, Stewart, Grant, Siplin, Warren, Lewis, Tramel, Stafford Johnson and Williams families.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, October 20, at Ray Williams Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p. m. at the Chapel.

MR. VERNON ‘JACK’ CARROLL
Mr. Vernon “Jack” Carroll of Tampa passed away Friday, Octo- ber 13, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 21st, at 11 a. m. at Friendly Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 2012 W. Walnut Street, Tampa, FL 33607 ,with Pastor Johnnie Miller, offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mr. Vernon “Jack” Carroll was born October 2, 1927 in Chat- tahoochee, FL, to the late Leonard Carroll and Indiana Carr. Mr. Carroll retired from the City of Tampa after 32 years of employ- ment.
Mr. Carroll was preceded in death by: three children, Willie Houston, Patricia Carroll- Raleigh, and Billy Joe Carroll; two brothers, Herbert Carr and James Williams, Sr.; four sisters, Lossie Wright, Essie Cook, Rosetta Herds, and Lucille Warren; and special nephew, David Cook.
Mr. Carroll leaves to mourn: two daughters, Machells (Craig) Quinn and Jackie Carroll-Mosley; grandchildren, Carlton Carroll, Karl and wife, Ecaterina Carroll, Joseph and wife, Lizette Carroll, La Tosha and husband, Nathan Scott, Tiffany Jenkins, Brandon Mosley, Corey Quinn, and Justin Mosley; special niece, Melma Brooks (Skinny), and special friends, Milton and Helen Wade; along with a host of great grand- children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Ms. Betty passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017, She was born on August 9, 1940, in Tampa, Florida to the late Leroy and Doris Smith Harris.
Ms. Betty leaves to cherish her precious memories with: her daughter, Rosalind D. Har- ris; son, Terrell L. (Christian) Cox; granddaughter, Uganda D. Harris; grandsons, Wayne May- weather, Jr., Anthony F.
