Burglary Suspect
Man Charged With
       SHAINE DONOVAN ROBERTS
... Died in shootout
Last Friday, detectives said they wanted to talk to a man about a missing person’s case. However, detectives have since learned that the “person of in- terest” is dead.
According to the Largo Po- lice Department, 24-year-old Timothy Cullen has been missing since January 22, 2018. Information gathered in the investigation led detectives to believe that Shaine Dono- van Roberts, 32, may has in- formation surrounding the disappearance of Cullen. Po- lice had not called Roberts a suspect.
However, in release stated that Roberts is a known gang member and drug dealer affili- ated with the Crips. He left Florida shortly after Cullen disappeared, police said.
Investigators learned that Roberts’ sister lives in an apartment in Lithonia, Georgia and he was seen at the apart- ment on March 20th. Police said Roberts was last seen with a Glock handgun con-

cealed in his waistband and was known to have a rifle in the car he was driving.
However, on Monday Largo Police issued another release that stated Roberts was de- ceased. A spokesperson for the department confirmed the in- formation during a telephone interview.
The spokesman said, “Now we won’t be able to talk to him to find out what happened to the missing person. We were trying to bring some closure to Cullen’s family.”
Further investigation re- vealed that hotel staff of the Super Inn, on Wesley Club Drive, near Interstate 20, en- tered a room on April 6th. They discovered the bodies of two men in the room, both had died of gunshots.
One of the men was identi- fied as Roberts. Police believe that the two men had a shootout and killed each other. The name of the 30-year-old man whose body was found in the room was not released.
According
to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, he has been identified as Daniel Le- ichtweis, of Sarasota.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., Leichtweis entered a business at 9002 W. Hillsborough Av- enue. He opened several paint cans and gasoline containers before going upstairs to the res- idential area of the building. He reportedly kicked in the front door, but still could not get into the residence.
Leichtweis is said to have begun banging on the windows, which drew the attention of the person at the residence. When he opened the sliding door, the resident confronted him and he fled into a marshy area nearby.
When police arrived, the Hillsborough County Dive Team responded and located Leichtweis. He was charged with resisting an officer without violence, burglary of a dwelling causing more than $1,000 in damage, criminal mischief of more than $1,000, and un- armed burglary of an occupied dwelling.
Man Accused Of Abusing Infant
A 26-year- old Pasco man was arrested and accused of fracturing the skull of an in- fant. He was arrested last Thursday.
According
to the Pasco
County Sheriff’s Office, Bran- don Madrishin was caring for the 3-month-old infant when the child was injured. He reportedly told investigators that the infant was injured when the 1-year-old pushed a TV down. When de- scribing how it happened, Madrishin reportedly gave in- consistent accounts.
After the child was taken to the hospital, an x-ray showed the child also had other injuries.
When police interviewed him a second time, Madrishin became agitated and did not offer a logical explanation. He was charged with aggravated child abuse.
JERRY ROBERTS
When police contacted the victim, who is out of state, she identified herself as the person in the video. She told police she was not aware the video existed.
Roberts is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail under a bond of $250,000. He was charged with kidnapping or terroriz- ing, 3 counts of sexual battery, and aggravated battery with
great bodily harm.
Detectives are asking any-
