Homegoing Services for Mr. Julius R. Carter, who passed away July 3, 2017, will be held Saturday July 15, 2017 @ 11 a. m. at New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 2511 E. Colum- bus Dr., Tampa, FL 33605, Pas- tor Larry Roundtree, II, officiating. Interment will be in Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Julius Carter was born May 13, 1985 to the late Wanda Richardson Carter and Chris Carter. Mr. Carter was educated in the Hillsborough County School System. He had a beauti- ful smile and would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He was a family oriented man. He was respectful. In the words of his son, “He was a great man and in a better place.”
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Wanda Richard- son; grandparents, Carrie Brookins and Greene Brookins, Margaret Richardson and LC Richardson, Sr.
He is survived by: his grand- parents, LC Richardson, Jr., Mildred Richardson, Dorothy Clark and Randy Carter; chil- dren, Juliana Carter, Julius Carter, Jr., Jeremiah Carter, and Juliun Carter; siblings, Marcus (Archeka) Carter, San’Teria Carter (friend, Tykese), Romar Carter (friend, Taja), Porchesia Davis (friend, Jett); aunts and uncle, LaRandy Clark, Erica Richardson (friend, Dwayne), Luvrern Richardson, Jr. (Tiffany); cousins, Vincent, Shavaris, Ta’Lea, Eric, Charles; nieces and nephews, Del’Tario, Randymecia, Zyon, Arquon, Marcus, Mar’Yani, Marquis, Marquavia, Romar, Jr., Sion, Sincere; 3 special ladies, Lisa Richardson, Sonya McDonald, and Elaine Goodson; family friend, Steve Davis and Jeanie, and a host of other family and friends.

Homegoing Services for Mr. Orie Hobley, Jr., who passed away July 3, 2017, will be held Saturday, July 15, 2017, at 11 a. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, Reverend Zachary Hud- son, officiating. Interment will be at Florida National Ceme- tery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL, 33513.
Orie Hobley, Jr. was born October 20, 1956 in Tampa, FL to Orie and Minnie Hobley. He graduated from King High School and enlisted in the US Army where he served as an Infantryman. After leaving the military, Orie worked for the Georgia Department of Correc- tions and retired as a Lieu- tenant. He enjoyed doing puzzles, riding four wheelers and watching sports.
Orie married his beloved wife, Gwendolyn, in 1985 and remained married until his death. Together they raised two daughters, Melissa Love and Peggy Love; one son, Kenyata Mainer; two grand- daughters, Diamond Baker and Sade Love.
Orie was preceded in death by: his father, Orie Hobley, Sr.; son, Montellieo Hobley, Sr.; daughter, Peggy Love; and sis- ter, Patricia Hobley.
He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Gwendolyn Hobley of Claxton, GA; mother, Minnie Hobley, Tampa; brothers, Keith Hobley (Tampa), James Hobley (Tampa), and Nathaniel (Cherry) Hobley (Columbus, GA); aunts, Meraldine Banks and Eller Mae Dixon; daugh- ter-in-law, Tracy Hobley; grandchildren, Montellieo Hobley, Jr., Deonte Hobley, TrayNa Hobley, Trinity Hob- ley, Tara Hobley and Imani Hobley; two brothers-in-law; eight sisters-in- law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

REVEREND WILLIE BENJAMIN HOPKINS
Homegoing services for Rev- erend Willie Benjamin Hopkins, who passed away June 30, 2017, will be held Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 1 p. m. at New Smyrna Full Gospel Cathedral, 5015 N. 17th St. Tampa, FL. 33610, Bishop W. L. Lee, officiating.
Reverend Hopkins, born in Lykeland, South Carolina, was the youngest of nine children. He graduated high school in Colum- bia, South Carolina. He moved to Tampa, Florida in the 1960s. He was employed at Amcon Con- crete for many years and em- ployed at Florida Mining, Inc. for 45 years until his retirement.
Reverend Hopkins accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior in his 40s. His ministry began in the 1950s. He served on Bishop W. L. Lee Examiners Council in 1976 and they have been spiritual brothers ever since. Reverend Hopkins was “A Man After God’s Own Heart.” He pastored Mace- donia Missionary Baptist Church in Rubonia, Florida - 6 years; Bethel Baptist Church, Center- hill, Florida - 15 years; St. Lewis Missionary Baptist Church, Brooksville, Florida - 21 years.
He was the son of the late Louise Williams Hopkins Ander- son and the late John Hopkins.
He is preceded in death by: his wife, Violet; son, Jerome; and seven of his siblings, Carrie, Ella, Lawrence, Jesse, Josephine, Joseph and Henry.
He leaves to celebrate his legacy and cherish his loving memories: brother, John (Joyce); children, Scynovia (fi- ancé Hayward), Jennifer, Sharon (Lynford), Antionette (Robert), Diane, Deborah, Wayde, Willie, Jr. (Rose) and Keith Hopkins; 15 grandchildren; 16 great grand- children; family from South and North Carolina, Pennsylvania, California, Texas and West Vir- ginia; a host of nieces, nephews, ministers and many special friends, including Earnestine Stephens and family.
Visitation for Reverend Willie Benjamin Hopkins will be held this Friday evening from 6- 8 p. m. at New Smyrna Full Gospel Cathedral. The proces- sional will assemble at 12:45 p. m. at the church.

Homegoing Services for Dr. Ethline Reynolds Williams, who passed away July 8, 2017, will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 11 a. m. at Town N’ Country Sev- enth-Day Adventist Church, 4926 Webb Rd., Tampa, FL 33615, A. J. Williams, Pastor. Pastors Dolphy Cross and Dr. David Boyd, offici- ating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave. Tampa, FL, 33610.
Dr. Williams was born August 23, 1927 in St. Ann, Jamaica to George Reynolds and Gertrude Maud-Rudd. She was the founder of the Ethline R. Williams Prep School in Tampa, FL. She was a kind wife, mother, and friend. She enjoyed changing the lives of children through her school. She was married to Wilbert Williams, and to that union had five chil- dren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, George Reynolds and Gertrude Maud-Rudd.
She leaves to cherish memo- ries: her husband, Wilbert Williams; her children, Marie Joy Williams (Manny) Garcia, Wilbert Williams, Jr., Headley Williams, Winifred Dancer, and Ethel Williamson; grandchil- dren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation for Dr. Williams will be Monday, July 17, 2017 from 5-8 p. m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. Processional will assemble at the church at 10:45 a. m.
