MS. LaFREDICA MEDORA HOPKINS
Ms. LaFredica “Teddy” Medora Hopkins passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022. Fu- neral Services will be held, Saturday, August 20, 2022, 2 p. m. at New Dawn Restoration Center, 5308 E. Columbus Drive, Tampa, FL 33619, with Minister James C. Wells, Sr., Officiating. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. MASK REC- OMMENDED.
Ms. Hopkins was born Feb- ruary 4, 1971, to William Fred and Rosa Lee Hopkins. She was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 51 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, Florida and graduated from Tampa Bay Technical High School Class of 1990.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, William Fred and Rosa Lee Hopkins; sisters, Brenda Hopkins and Hazel Kellman; and nephews, Willie Evans, Sr., and Julion “Tony” Evans-Capers.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughters, Fred- erica Hammonds (Jermaine, Sr.), and Ebony Hopkins; grandsons, Jermaine “Papi” Hammonds, Jr., and Jason “Buster” Hammonds; sisters, Julie Atwood, Linda Davis (Morris), Patricia “Gail” Evans (Johnnie), Janet Davis (Michael, Sr.), and Maggie Green (Leon); nieces, Quan- delina (Cliff), Vanessa, Maryann, Blair, Olivia, Quiana, LaKenya, LaKenna, LaChelle (Randon), and Done- sha; nephews, Sedrick, Tavaris, Morrin, Johnnie “Jae” (Kim), Jeremy “Chad” (Ebonie), Johnathan (Takarra), Michael, Jr., Don- ald, Sr. (Davida), and Devin; and a host of other sorrowing relatives including aunts, un- cles, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.

MRS. ELIZABETH J. JOE
Homegoing service for Mrs. Elizabeth J. Joe, born April 3, 1948, to the union of Arthur, Sr. and Johnnie B. Shoemaker will be held on Saturday, August 20, at 10 a.m., at Integrity Funeral Home, 3822 7th Avenue, Tampa, FL.
She attended the schools of Hillsborough County and grad- uated with the class of 1966 at Howard W. Blake High School, Tampa, FL.
She furthered her education at Hillsborough Community College and the Florida Insur- ance School, Tallahassee, FL.
She was a licensed property and casualty agent and office manager for twenty-three years. She was an office manager and agent for Hamilton Insurance for twenty-two years. She was an assistant account manager at Brown and Brown for two and a half years. She later worked for Acordia/Wells Fargo for two years as an account manager.
Elizabeth was pre-deceased by: her husband, Charles Joe, Sr.; parents, Arthur Jackson, Sr. and Johnnie B. Sweet; brother, Ronnie Jackson; sister, Mary Jackson; sister, Mattie B. Jones and husband, Rufus Jones, brothers-in-law, Robert Stanley, Jesse Cobbs, Bernard Jones, Frank Beal, and Frank Johnson; and sister-in-law, Rena Jackson.
She leaves to mourn: de- voted sisters, Virmell Stanley, Evelyn Cowart, Ernestine Jones, Beatrice Beal, Bobbie Johnson, Rose Galbreath; brothers, Arthur Jackson, Jr., Willie Jackson, James Jackson, Samuel Jackson; devoted god- daughter, Desirae Jackson, and godsons, Treyson Galbreath and Syrus Sean Cobbs-Marcus; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, in- cluding friend neighbors, Re- becca Earle, Barbara and Jesse Coster, Mattie Davis and others.
A viewing will be held at In- tegrity Funeral Home on Fri- day, August 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. Restrictions are required due to COVID. Please wear masks.

A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Sarah M. Dell, who was called to rest on Thursday, Au- gust 11, 2022, will be held on Sat- urday, August 20, 2022, at 12 noon at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Varner B. Webb, Officiating/ Eulogist. In- terment will be held on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022 at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sarah was born on Novem- ber 15th, 1956 in Tampa, Florida to the late Leroy Dell, Jr. and Annie Laura McKinnon Dell. Sarah attended the public schools in Hillsborough County. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a big football and basketball fan. Ms. Dell loved going to church and serv- ing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Leroy Dell, Jr.; mother, Annie Laura Dell; three brothers, Samuel Hawkins, Ken- neth Ray Dell and Oscar Dell.
Ms. Sarah M. Dell leaves to cherish memories of her with: sisters, Josephine Dell-Green, Leeann Dell, Gwen Stockton (Charles) and Geraldine Har- rell; brothers, Joseph Dell (Dora) of Gainesville, FL, David Dell (Patricia), Willie Dell, Robert Dell (Annie), Gerald Harrell and the McKinnon fam- ily of Palatka, FL; a host of nieces, nephews and other fam- ily and friends.

Mrs. Brenda J. McClendon was born in Tampa, Florida on November 29, 1958, to Willie Williams and Katie Mae West Norton and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. She was a lifelong and dedicated member of 29th Street Church of Christ. Brenda loved watching her daytime talk shows. She also loved to travel and look forward to her annual anniversary RV trip with her husband to different locations in Florida. She had a heart of gold and was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. McClendon transitioned to eter- nal life on August 10, 2022 in Tampa, Florida.
She was preceded in death by: her son, Sherwin Broadnex; grandson, Travis Hankerson; parents, Willie Williams and Katie Mae West Norton; siblings, Darlene W. Stanley, Deborah W. Brown, Margaret Stewart, Willie Williams, Jr. and Johnnie Nor- ton.
She leaves to honor and cher- ish memories with: her devoted husband of 34 years, Luther Mc- Clendon; children, Laquen Mc- Clendon (Charlie), Jennifer Bevel (Frederick, Jr.), David Williams, Dwight Hankerson, Sr. (Rhonda) and Roytaner Williams; 26 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; sib- lings, Catherine Norton, Samuel Norton, Aviv Norton, Truenell Norton and a host of aunts, un- cles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and close friends.

Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Arthur Wilson “Silky” Nor- ton will be held on Saturday, Au- gust 20, 2022 at 2 p.,m. at Thryve Church, 5015 N. 17th Street, Tampa, Florida with Pastor En- rique Brooks, Officiating. Inter- ment will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mr. Arthur Wilson Norton was born in Monticello, Florida (Jefferson County) to Daniel Norton, Sr. and Rosa Lee Walker Norton. Mr. Norton was the sec- ond oldest of nine children. Arthur loved to play football and basketball. He loved his family and loved to listen to music. Mr. Norton was a Construction Worker and was employed with Red Brooke Shop and other con- struction companies. He also worked at Steven Foster School as the Head Janitor, Rowlett Park Golf Course and he also worked as a Landscaper for many years prior to his health failing. On the evening of August 7, 2022 God called him home to be with His Heavenly Father.
Arthur Wilson Norton was preceded in death by: his par- ents, Daniel Norton, Sr. and Rosa Lee Walker Norton; grand- parents, Ed Walker, Emmie Oliver, Robert Norton, Sr. and Alene Norton; great grandpar- ents, Fred Oliver and Queen Oliver and other relatives and friends.
He leaves to cherish precious memories with; four children, Meketha Norton Mouling (Thomas), Sherronda Norton Galloway (David), Latarsha Nor- ton and Arthur Wilson Norton, Jr.; special friend, his children’s mother, Debora Thrope Fordon; three grandchildren, Jasmine Hughes, Damenon Hughes and Deja Hughes; two great grand- children, David Agenor, Jr. and Dae’veon Agenor; four sisters, Forna Littles (James), Veronica Norton (Jerome), Tarshish Nor- ton (Marvin) and Joann Bennett (Pete); five brothers, Daniel Nor- ton, Jr., Ronnie Norton, Gary Norton, Curtis Norton, Gregory Norton and a host of other sor- rowing relatives and friends.
