MR. AL BENNIE BELL
Mr. Al Bennie Bell of Val- rico, FL, passed away Tues- day, November 10, 2015.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Decem- ber5at4p.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Donald Lott, officiat- ing.
Mr. Bell was a native of South Carolina and was a resident of Tampa for 56 years. He attended George Washington Carver High School.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Mrs. Alice Segar; sisters, Evelyn Abu (John), Sandy Daily (Danny), Olinthia Gundy and Shawmia Graham (Kenny); five nieces and five nephews; and a host of other sorrow- ing relatives and friends

MRS. ALEASE ELIZABETH FLOYD LINDSAY WASHINGTON
Mrs. Alease Elizabeth Floyd Lindsay Washington of Tampa, passed away Thurs- day, November 26, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Decem- ber5at11a.m.atMount Olive A. M. E. Church, 1902 W. LaSalle Street, with Rev- erend Gregory V. Gay, Sr., pastor, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mrs. Washington was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa. She was educated in the public schools of Hills- borough County and was a very proud student of Doberville Elementary School, Hyde Park in the early 30s, and was a graduate of George S. Middleton High School, Class of 1945. Mrs. Alease furthered her educa- tion at Florida A&M Univer- sity, where she majored in early childhood education.
Mrs. Washington was bap- tized at Mt. Zion A. M. E. Church of Hyde Park, where she was a member and served for many years. She was an active member of Mt. Olive A. M. E. Church, where she served on the Stewardess Board until her health failed.
Mrs. Washington was also a community activist serving with the North Hyde Park Civic Association. She was lead majorette for one of the units of The Lily White Asso- ciation and a member of the Order of Eastern Stars in the 60s and other social clubs.
She enjoyed her career as a Head Start teacher at George Washington Carver Center and was also an ac- complished musician (piano and organ).
She was preceded in death by: her sons, Ellis and William “Dip” Lindsay; par- ents, Henry and Sarah; sis- ters, Pallie Floyd, Callie Floyd Holiday and Henri Mae Floyd Phillips; and brother, George Floyd.
Cherished memories will remain with: her children, Brenda Lindsay, Forrest Lindsay, Charles (Sueko) Washington, Debra Saucier, Renee (Phillip) Jackson, Pa- tricia (David) Dell, and An- thony (Carol) Washington, Jr.; grandchildren, Adrienne (Anthony) House, Shara Lindsay, Kathleen Lindsay, Aaron J. Harris, Iseieh, Illi- jah and Imani Washington, Erica (Lary) Simpson and Charlene (Monty); 18 great grandchildren; brother, Fa- mous Theodore Floyd; nieces, Carol (Charles) Brown and Rita (Frank) Es- calante; nephews, Ernest Mc- Neil, Elder Garland “Ricky” Phillips, Vincent (Octeon),

The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, Decem- ber 4 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, and the family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m. at the Chapel.

MRS. FRANCES H. FOSTER
Mrs. Frances H. Foster of Apollo Beach, FL, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Decem- ber5,at11a.m.atFirst Prospect Missionary Baptist Church, 6012 Edina Street, Wimauma, FL, with Rev- erend Tony Harris, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Wimauma Commu- nity Cemetery, Wimauma, FL.
Mrs. Foster was a native of Starke, FL, and a resident of Wimauma for 50 years. She retired as a Tree drafter.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Issac and Viola Hall; husband, Joseph Foster; and two brothers and six sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memories: son, Izell Nellon and wife, Nancy; daughters, Inell Berrien and husband, Robert, Sr., Blanche Smith, and Sarah Williams Savage and husband, James; sisters, Elnoris Turner and Emma Jean Edwards; and a host of grandchildren, great grand- children, great great grand- children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Ms. Gloria Ann McMillian of Tampa, passed away Wednesday November 25, 2015.

Ms. Gloria Ann McMillian was a native of Screven, Georgia and a resident of Tampa for over 60 years. She attended Middleton High School. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant at Baycare Presbyterian.
Gloria was preceded in death by: her parents, Lesley McMillian and Manson Fra- zier; siblings, Nathaniel McMillian, Maceo McMillian, John Moore, Charles Fra- zier, Thomas Frazier, Julia Boyd, Julia Greene, Vivian Goodson, Florence Monroe and Eva McMillian; and god- son, Jaudon Montgomery.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her sons, Cary McMillian (Gwendolyn), Cedric McMillian (Pamela), and Adrian McMillian (An- gela); siblings, Christine Sails (Odell, Jr.), Martha Fuller, Gladys Simmons (AJ), Betty Graham, Jordan Frazier (Cora) and L. C. Mr. Diggs was a native of Tampa. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Col- lege Hill.
There will be viewing from 5-8 p. m., Friday, December 4, 2015 at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, 33605. Friends are asked to assemble at the church at approximately 10:45 a. m., Saturday for the service.
