SISTER ROSA MARIE WALKER
Homegoing Celebration for Sister Rosa Marie Walker, who passed away July 29, 2017, will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 11 a. m. at Greater Mount Moriah Primitive Baptist Church, 1225 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602, Rev. Dr. B. R. Ful- ton, Pastor, officiating. Inter- ment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL, 33610.
Sister Walker was born Au- gust 10, 1947 in Tampa, Florida to Mrs. Dorothy Robinson Walker and the late Mr. Samuel Walker, Sr. Accepting Christ at an early age, she was a long-time member of Mount Olive Missionary Bap- tist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. C. P. Epps.
Rosa Marie graduated from Middleton Senior High School in 1966 and attended Hillsborough Community College. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and singing old Gospel Hymns taught to her by her grandmother. She was em- ployed by Singleton Shrimp Com- pany and later as a Domestic Service Provider.
Sister Walker was preceded in death by: her father, Samuel Walker, Sr.; her brothers, Archie and Ruben Walker; and her grandmother, Mrs. Lydia Pem- berton; and a devoted friend, Mr. Johnnie L. Russell.
She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories: her loving sons, John (Tonya), Fredericks- burg, VA and Jonathan, Tampa, FL; 3 grandchildren, Deniece and Shaunta, Grimesland, NC and Kaitlyn, Fredericksburg, VA; 1 sister, Rosa Lee, Tampa, FL ; 2 brothers, Samuel, Jr. (Tina), Richmond, VA and Clarence (Connie), Tampa, FL; devoted friend, Mr. Willie C. Brannon; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends, in- cluding the River Pines and the Ella Senior Living Communities.
Visitation for Sister Rosa Marie Walker will be this Friday evening from 5-8 p. m. at Har- mon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. The pro- cessional will assemble at 10:45 a. m. Saturday at the Church.

MR. MICHAEL JAMAR BETHEL
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Michael Jamar Bethel will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 11 a. m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33605, with Elder Brenda Allen, Pastor of Com- munity Fellowship, officiating.
Michael grew up in Tampa, FL and resided there all of his life. He attended Hillsborough County Public Schools. He was employed with Pacesetters Per- sonnel Services in highway con- struction as a Flagger.
Michael was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Calvin A. Bethel, Sr.; grand- mother, Emma Lou Bethel; and grandfather, Herman Thomp- son.
He left to cherish his memo- ries: 1 son, Quemarion Rashad Bethel; mother, Carlette V. Bethel; father, Michael Thomp- son; brother, Calvin R. Bethel; grandmother, Barbara Thomp- son; honorary grandparents, Alphonso and Lenora Thorn- ton; aunt, Cheryl L. Bethel; un- cles, Steven Pennamon, Calvin A. Bethel, Jr. (Shavonne), Tommy Pennamon; cousins, Sharonda Bethel, Emma Jean Bynum (Floyd), Calvin A. MRS. LILLIE MAE BARNHILL
Homegoing Services for Mrs. Lillie Mae Barnhill who passed on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, will be held Saturday, August 12, at 11 a. m., at Mount Olive Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 4008 E. Cayuga Street, Tampa, FL, Rev- erend Michael V. White, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Barnhill was born Sep- tember 9, 1931, in Jakin, Georgia to the parentage of Rev. Ezzie and Effie Mae Donalson, Sr. She has been a resident of Tampa for 64 years. She was a faithful, ded- icated employee of St. Joseph’s Hospital and retired after 18 years of service. Lillie Mae was a faithful member of the Mt. Olive M. B. Church where she en- joyed ushering on the Number One Usher Board and serving on the Pastor’s Aide Board until her health failed.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Bishop Barn- hill, Jr.; two children, mother, Effie Mae Donalson; her par- ents, Reverend Ezzie and Irene Donalson, Sr. and sisters, Ocie Mae Garner, Doris Lippitt and Annie Mike.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a loving brother, Rev- erend Ezzie Donalson, Jr. of Jakin, GA; nieces, Jadine Lip- pitt, Cheryl Lippitt, both of Tampa, FL, Irene Porter (Ger- ald) of Charlotte, NC, Tora R. MR. JIMMIE LEE JORDEN, SR.
Mr. Jimmie Lee Jorden, Sr, better known as “Jim,” of Ona, FL, peacefully departed this earthly life on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his home.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, August 12 at 2 p. m. at College Hill Church of God in Christ, 6414 N. 30th Street, Superintendant Charles Davis, Pastor, Elder Donald F. Jorden, Sr. Presiding officer and Reverend Frank Bafford, Pastor of Tampa For Christ Church, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Jimmie Lee Jorden, Sr. was born in Coila, Mississippi to Lou Emma Jorden and James Griffin and was educated in the public schools of Mississippi. Jim married the love of his life, Katie Lou Woodley and to that union nine children were born.
In 1957, Jim relocated his family from Greenwood, Mis- sissippi to Riverview, Florida, seeking a better life. He not only took his family, but there were 10 other family members travel- ing with him and Katie, all in one vehicle. Determined to pro- vide a better life for his family, he started as farm hand on Els- berry Farm and worked his way to becoming the first of all the farm hands to start his own business as a Migrant Labor Contractor.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Lou Emma Jor- den Stokes; three children, Casey Jorden, Roy Lee Jorden and Cheri Jorden; and his sis- ters, Mae Emma Thompson, Rosie Davis, Annie Rea Holman and Geraldine Visor.
Loving and lasting memo- ries are cherished by: his wife, Katie Lou; four sons, Jimmie Lee Jorden, Jr. of Wauchula, FL, Willie C. Jorden (Wanda) of Lucama, NC, Eddie Lewis Jor- den (Sonji) of Riverview, FL and Henry (Dorothy) of Wimauma, FL; one daughter, Macy Caldwell (Mack) of Wimauma, FL; two brothers, James Stokes (Addie) of Tampa, and John Stokes of Fort Pierce, FL; he loved and cherished his 15 grandchildren, Daphne Jones, Jatobia Jorden, La- wonda Jorden, Damien Jorden, Latasha McCoy, Antwan Jor- den, Corey Jorden, Kevin Jor- den, Shakirah Jorden, Lakristian Darden, Ladonya Sweet, Latoya Jorden, Micha Caldwell, Rick Anthony Jorden and Amara L Jorden; a great host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, August 11, 2017 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

Mr. Vincent Bernard Knight, 49 years old, was born July 10, 1968 in Tampa, Florida. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Au- gust 12, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Fruit of the Spirit Ministries, 1920 Maydell Drive, with Pastor An- tonio Pringley, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mr. Knight was preceded in death by: his parents, Clarence (Betty) Knight; and grandparents, Ulysses (Agnes) Williams.
