Barksdale Center Holds Fashion Show
On Wednesday, May 6th, there was quite a show of talent, dance, singing and memories of such stars as Sophia Loren, Whitney Houston, Teddy Pendergrass, Jackie Wilson, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Cher, and Tina Turner, just to name a few.
The room was electrified with joy and pleasure from ages 64- to-91 years old. The show ended with dinner and an announce- ment was made that new facilities will be opening in the future, such as Ragan Park. (PHOTOS BY SYLVESTER HARRIS)
