Nick Cannon Welcomes His Second Child In Two Weeks: ‘Another Blessing’
Big Sean Donates $100K In College Scholarships To HBCU Students
Nick Cannon is in an elated mood following the birth of his 10th child.
After announcing in August that baby No. 10 was en route, the Wild ‘N Out personality took to social media to confirm that he is now the father to an- other son named Rise Mes- siah with his ex-beau Brittany Bell.
This is the third child the pair have together, and Rise’s birth comes just two weeks

after Cannon and Price Is Right model LaNisha Cole welcomed daughter Onyx Ice Cole Cannon into the world, Cannon’s ninth child.
“Another Blessing!!!” Can- non wrote on Instagram alongside an announcement video. “As my journey on this planet becomes more and more remarkable and unfath- omable, all I can do is thank God and continue to ask the Most High to order my steps.”
Big Sean is giving back to the HBCU community in a big way after announcing earlier this week that he’s donating $100,000 in scholarships to col- lege students.
The Detroit native teamed up with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Ally’s Moguls in the Making, which held a competition where 60 students were selected for their pitches involving “solutions to socioeco- nomic challenges in under- served communities.”

Former WNBA 1st-Round Pick Tiffany Jackson Dies At 37 After Battle With Breast Cancer
WNBA veteran forward Tiffany Jackson died Mon- day night after a seven-year battle with breast cancer, the University of Texas an- nounced. She was 37.
Jackson played four years at Texas where she became the only player in Longhorns women's basketball history with 1,000 points, 1,000 re- bounds, 300 steals and 150 blocks. She was drafted No. 5 overall pick by the New York Liberty in 2007 and played three seasons there before she was traded to the Tulsa Shock in 2010.

during her fourth full season with the Shock in 2015. By 2016, her cancer was in re- mission and she returned to professional basketball, this time in Israel. She returned to the WNBA in 2017 after sign- ing with the Los Angeles Sparks and played one season before retiring in 2018.
She averaged 6.2 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game in 225 career games.
After her playing days ended in 2018, Jackson be- came an assistant coach at Texas. She was named the head coach at Wiley College, an NAIA school in Marshall, Texas, this past April.
Nephew Tommy On Road To Recovery After Battle With Thyroid Cancer
Comedian and radio per- sonality Nephew Tommy is speaking out about his battle with thyroid cancer.
He opened up about his health status during a recent conversation on the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Nephew Tommy (born Thomas Miles) said he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in May 2022 after a lump was found on his neck. He took to social media on Monday and revealed that he underwent surgery in August to have the cancer removed.

The surgery was a success and the host of OWN’s “Ready To Love” is now 100% cancer free, as reported by Radio Facts.
In a post on his Instagram page, Tommy wrote: “Thank you to my wife for her sup- port. I am truly blessed @deevaj May 18th, 2022 I got the call that I had been diag- nosed with Thyroid Cancer. August 24, 2022 surgery was performed. ALL CANCER IS 100% GONE. No chemother- apy necessary. GOD IS IN THE BLESSING BUSINESS.”
