The lawsuit was originally
filed in January after the YM captain claimed that he was not paid his $8 million ad- vance he was promised after turning in his long awaited album, Tha Carter V.
Things still appear to be quite ugly regarding the feud between Wayne and Cash Money. During a recent club appearance, he threw major shade at his former label.

Keisha Cole Won’t Be Arrested On 10-Year Bench Warrant
John Legend Taps Miguel For Romantic Film
Keyshia Cole was look- ing at 30 days in the slammer for a 10-year-old bench war- rant, due to a 2002 DUI ar- rest, but a judge closed the case.
The R&B singer's attor- ney, Shawn Holley, repre- sented her in Santa Clarita Court on Monday, arguing that his client completed the alcohol educational course and that the warrant should be tossed.
According to TMZ, Hol- ley told the judge Keyshia's former lawyer screwed up by failing to inform the court about the program's comple- tion. Holley explained the al- cohol ed program -- which no longer has the old records -- must have notified the DMV, because Keyshia has gotten two drivers licenses since then.
The judge tossed the war- rant and pulled Cole's un- knowing, long-standing probation for the DUI case.
The warrant was discov- ered after Cole was arrested

for allegedly assaulting a woman in Birdman's West L.A. condo last September (2014), which was later dropped.
Cole recently confirmed her music and life focus, in- sisting, "I need to focus on my career, I need to focus on me, I need to focus on my kid, focus on my faith, and focus on my label." She plans to re- lease new music in the com- ing weeks, and she admits that she wants to get back to the early part of her career, where her music had a certain swagger. "I wanna be caught up in myself again, I wanna be focus, I wanna be that girl," she says.
