Marie White Celebrates Birthday With Family And Friends
The First Lady of New Mt. Carmel M. B. Church, Lady Marie Tarver White, celebrated her birthday with her family, church family and friends in May. (Pho- tographs by Julia Jackson)
Birthday honoree, First Lady Marie Tarver White expressed gratitude and thanks to those in attendance.
Donta White is joined by little Ado- nis White.
Marilyn Cliatt and Ronald Mitchell were also in attendance.
Honoree’s granddaughter, Precilla (Lil Marie), sang ‘happy birthday,’ to her grandma.
Kathy Lawrence and Kay Powell were also in the audience.
The honoree’s husband and pastor of New Mt. Carmel, Pastor Donald White, greeted the guests.
Among those in the congregation were Angela and June Pearson.
