Oscar De La Renta and son, Moises.
Moises de la Renta, 30, is the son of iconic designer, Oscar de la Renta.
De La Renta adopted him from an orphanage in their native Dominican Re- public (Yes, O.d.l.R was born in the Dominican Republic) when the baby was only 24- hours old. The adoption took place following the death of de la Renta’s first wife, Françoise, who died of cancer.
But it turns out, Moises made daddy (who passed away last October at the age of 82) mad and now he may not be getting “anything to write home about” from his dad’s $26 million dollar estate.
According to court docu- ments filed in Litchfield County Probate Court in Con- necticut, his widow, Annette de la Renta, who he had been married to for 25-years, is set to inherit all of the de- signer’s belongings. She will also get a $13 million Park Av- enue apartment, a $2.8 mil- lion Connecticut home, and their estate in the Dominican Republic.
Annette was put in con- trol of the funds, and Oscar’s stepdaughter Eliza Bolen was named as an alternate ex- ecutor of the will, according to Page Six.

Photographer Files Suit Against Katt Willams and Suge Knight
The man accused of firing multiple shots at rapper Lil Wayne’s tour buses was try- ing to get higher status with his gang, according to his ar- rest warrant.
Jimmy Carlton Win- frey, 25, of Atlanta, has been charged with numerous felonies.
No one was injured on April 26 when multiple shots were fired at two buses trav- eling on I-285 near I-75, ac- cording to Atlanta and Cobb police. About a dozen people were on the buses around 3 a.m. after a performance at the Compound nightclub.
It was not known if Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, was aboard either of the buses.
On May 21, Cobb police secured an arrest warrant for Winfrey, charging him with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, criminal damage, possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal gang activity, and reckless conduct and discharging a

He allegedly fired the shots to gain “street cred,” police said. “Said accused did commit said act in order to gain sta- tus in his criminal organiza- tion by a committing a high profile shooting of a rival rap artist,” the warrant states. “Said accused has associated himself with known Blood gang members in the Atlanta

The female photographer that Suge Knight accused of trying to take pictures of his 5-year-old son is now filed a lawsuit against him and Katt Williams.
During the incident, which was on video, Knight told Leslie Redden that he had “a b—ch to beat her motherf—–g a–!” and she claims that he and Williams followed up on that threat.
In her lawsuit, Redden alleges that after Knight charged at her shouting ex- pletives after he spotted her filming him outside of a Bev- erly Hills studio, he and Williams later approached her with a female, who is be- lieved to be Williams’ girl-

friend, who allegedly pushed her to the ground and took her camera.
