BALTIMORE, MD --- Balti- more State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has filed a motion to block the release of Freddie Gray’s autopsy while prose- cuting the six police officers involved in his death.
Mosby does not want to re- lease the autopsy results or other “sensitive” documents because she said she has “a duty to ensure a fair and im- partial process for all parties involved” and “will not be baited into litigating this case through the media.”
Attorney Ivan Bates, who is representing Sgt. Alicia White, argues that Mosby is trying to hide something in the autopsy report in efforts to make sure his client “does not get a fair trial.”
“Mrs. Mosby is the one who did an announcement discussing what she said the evidence was in a nationally

televised speech,” said Bates, who represents . “Now that it is time to turn over the evi- dence, to ask for a protective order is beyond disingenu- ous.”
Mosby is also seeking a gag order to prevent those in- volved from discussing the case in public.
CLAY, NY -- Ken Yerdon and his wife Julie Aluzzo- Yerdon went to Chili’s in Clay, NY to eat. But they got more than lunch or dinner and a bev- erage.
Now they plan to sue the restaurant for the “psychologi- cal trauma” they endured after their pissed off waiter spit in their beverage.
Yerdon does not know if he is now vulnerable to contract HIV or hepatitis.
DNA testing did prove that there was saliva, not belonging to Yerdon, in the beverage, and now the couple wonders if the waiter has a disease they should be concerned with.
Teen Killed By Brother Who Thought He Was An Intruder
Leonard Stay was fatally shot by his brother.
Beloved teen was shot dead by his older brother, who mis- took the 17-year-old for an in- truder in his Orlando home on Friday night.
The brother of Leonard 'Leo' Stay was asleep with his wife when they heard a noise coming from the kitchen around 11.30pm, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Of- fice.
The 32-year-old, whose name has not been released, went to check on it and then fired his semiautomatic handgun when he saw someone, officials said.
After he realized it was Leo, the older brother began imme- diately administering CPR while his wife called 911.
Leo, who lived at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, was taken to a nearby hospital and died from his injuries less than an hour later. His brother has not been arrested.
The State Attorney's Office will decide whether to press charges once the investigation is complete, said sheriff spokesman Jeff William- son.
Meanwhile, a community has been left reeling with the loss of a young man who was known for lifting up people's spirits and helping lead the Ococee High School wrestling team.
NEW YORK, NY ---- Power 105’s The Breakfast Club re- cently sat down with Min- ster Louis Farrakhan. The Nation of Islam leader spoke about a bevy of topics with DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God.
Min. Farrakhan spoke about his decision to follow Malcolm X, American mi- norities’ struggle against op- pression, combating high crime rates in the Black com- munity, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Iran-Contra scan- dal/crack cocaine epidemic, vaccinations, Hip Hop cul- ture, returning to Washington DC for another Million Man March, and President Barack Obama’s response to the Baltimore Uprising. On organizing a second Million Man March, Farrakhan said:
Today, we are at that point in our development where we are being forced now to con- sider which is the way forward. Singing in, wading in, crying in, praying in has not worked. Marches have not worked. The oppression and the tyranny is getting worse, so we decided on the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March to return to the capital. First time we went, it was on atonement, reconciliation, responsibility, We wanted Black men to ac- cept the responsibility of being a man and standing up for our women and our children. And creating that sense of strong family again.
But this time – well I’ll put it like this. Elijah Muhammad said to me one day, “One day I’m going to call a march. and that march will be for justice. He said it won’t be like the march in ‘ 63 where people where laughing, frolicking, and having a good time. When you say you’re going for justice
and jobs, that’s no time to party. That’s a time to be seri- ous, because the cry for justice against the forces of who up- hold injustice – you got to have a mind now. What are you going to do to move the forces of injustice, if they won’t bow to the truth that should bring justice?
The first Million Man March took place on October 16, 1995. The event was held on the west front grounds of the United States Capitol building. Farrakhan, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Reverend Benjamin Chavis, Martin Luther King III, and poet Maya Angelou were among the speakers.
The upcoming return to DC comes in the wake of a year worth of new stories covering numerous unarmed African- American men being killed by police officers. The death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore, Maryland sparked peaceful protests, clashes with the po- lice, looting, and property damage.
Farrakhan directly ad- dressed President Obama calling some of the citizens of Baltimore “thugs.” The minis- ter stated:
“We helped our brother get in office, and we were so ex- cited and proud to have our first Black president. But then when our brothers in Balti- more – that’s a city where Black folks have been catching hell for a long time. When they rise up, our president refers to them as thugs and criminals.”
“I want to say to brother Barack. When the highest of- fice in the land can look at our children and call them thugs and criminals, unwittingly he’s sentencing them to death by the forces that deal with thugs and criminals. They are not thugs. They are not criminals.”

Teens Put On The Ground After Pool Party In White Neighborhood
Teens arrested after pool party.
MCKINNEY, TX --- A Texas police officer has been sus- pended pending the outcome of an investigation after video surfaced showing one cop pulling a gun on a crowd of teens at a pool party while oth- ers handcuffed teenage party- goers.
Police on Friday evening were called to the Craig Ranch North Community Pool in McKinney, roughly 40 miles north of Dallas. McKinney po- lice said in a statement they were responding to a distur- bance "involving multiple ju- veniles at the location, who do not live in the area or have per- mission to be there, refusing to leave," and that some of them were fighting.
A roughly 7-minute clip of the incident was published on YouTube Saturday and shows officers running after teens, with one aggressively hand- cuffing a Black male teen while pinning a Black female to the ground by her head as she cried for her mother.
The officer was identified as patrol supervisor Cpl. Eric Casebolt.
A group of teens were at the pool for an end-of-school party, Miles Jai Thomas, one of the teens who attended,
told HuffPost. Then a security guard showed up and put out all the black teenagers, Thomas said.
“He started making up rules to keep us out," he said.
Before officers arrived on the scene, a white woman had started making racist com- ments, telling Black partygoers to get used to the bars outside the pool because that’s all they were going to see. When one of the white teens at the party talked back to the adult, the woman began cursing and yelling at her as well, Thomas said.
Teens at the pool party told BuzzFeed News the police were called after a fight broke out. Some adults made racist comments and told the teens to return to “Section 8 [public] housing,” BuzzFeed reported. In the video, some partygoers are seen sitting in the grass and pleading "sir, we just came here for a birthday party, please." Another officer is heard thanking a group of teens for returning a flashlight the officer dropped.
On Sunday, the department issued a statement saying the video "raised concerns" and that an officer has been sus- pended.
