WILSON
MRS. MINNIE L. BURNETTE
Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Minnie L. Burnette, who passed away on August 23, 2018, will be held on Saturday, Septem- ber 1, 2018, at 2 p. m. at Highland Avenue Church of Christ, 2800 N. Highland Avenue, Tampa, Florida, with Evangelist Darryl Beasley, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Tommy Lee Bur- nette; son, Tommy Lee Burnette, Jr; sisters, Everline Sinclair, for- merly of Tampa, FL and Corine Dye, formerly of Memphis, TN; and brother, Mannie Wilson.
Minnie leaves to cherish memories of her with: nine chil- dren, Birtha Burnette Berg (War- ren) of Memphis, TN, Essie Burnette French (Leon), Robert Burnette, Aline Burnette Ford (John), Freddie Burnette (Na- dine), Johnny Burnette, Willie James Burnette and John Henry Burnette, all of Tampa; two sis- ters, Mary Wilson of Tampa, and Fannie Wilson Johnson of Michi- gan; and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Minnie L. Burnette was born on April 9, 1937 in Doddsville, Mississippi to the late Nathaniel and Marzeally Wilson.
She accepted Christ at an early age. Minnie Wilson and Tommy Burnette was joined in holy matrimony on December 10, 1952.
Minnie was a devoted CAN worker for Ybor City Healthcare facility for numerous years prior to her retirement.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, August 31, 2018, at Highland Avenue Church Of Christ, 2800 N. Highland Avenue, Tampa, from 5 p. m. – 7 p. m.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at ap- proximately 1:45 p. m. for the service.

MR. CALVIN J. ROBINSON ‘KOOL BREEZE’
A celebration of life and love service for Mr. Calvin J. Robinson “Kool Breeze” will be held on Sat- urday September 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida with Rev. W. D. Sims. Calvin was called home to be with his Savior on August 25, 2018. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Calvin was born March 11, 1955 in the Jenkins Community of Beau- fort, S.C. to Louis Robinson Sr and the late Mary Lee Robinson. He was raised by his loving grandpar- ents, Robert and Albertha Jenkins.
Calvin grew up and attended public school in Beaufort, S.C. As an adult he later moved to Tampa, FL with his family and was well known in Tampa (Highland Pines)and adopted the nickname “Kool Breeze” because of his unique style.
After moving to St Petersburg in 1986 he held various jobs includ- ing construction, sandblasting and painting. In his free time he en- joyed spending time with friends and family, cooking out, playing dominos, fishing and playing cards.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Mary Lee Robin- son; sisters, Vermel Jenkins and Kathy Pope; aunts, Trelly Myers, Gladys Washington, Willie Mae Brown, Ethel Jenkins and Irene Jenkins; grandparents, Jannie Robinson Kelly, Lawrence Robin- son, Robert Jenkins and Albertha Jenkins.
Calvin leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories with daughter, Cal- isha Robinson; biological father, Louis Robinson of Moore Haven, FL; stepfather, William Robinson of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Deronrick Green, Jr., De’Carieasia Green, Angel Milton, Shainail Smith, Erik Jones andErykah Jones; great-grand kids, Darriona Harris, Erik Jones Jr. and Cay’lynn Williams all of St. Petersburg, FL; siblings, Sylvester Jenkins (Elaine) of Summerville, S.C., Virginia Jenkins (Jack) of Beaufort, S.C., Leroy Robinson (Betty) of Jack- sonville, FL, Jannie Smith (Shel- ton), James Robinson (Marian) both of Tampa, Fl, Andrew Robin- son of Port St. Lucie, FL, Louis Robinson Jr. (Addie), of Pahokee, FL, Terry Lisa McKnight and Michael Robinson of Lansdowne, PA.; and longtime devoted friend, Shirley Maxwell all of St. Peters- burg, FL. A Memorial Celebration Service for Mr. Henry Lester Jackson, who passed away, Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at the Bristol Rehabilitation Cen- ter, will be held Friday, August 31, 2018, at Gudes Funeral Home, 4050 E. Hillsborough Ave., Tampa (33610).
Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie and Idella Jackson; grandmother, Mrs. Annie Dun- lap; brothers, Sylvester and Leon Daniels, and Elmo Jackson.

A tribute and Homegoing Cel- ebration for Mr. Terry Alfonso Hooks, affectionally known in high school as “Lunch,” it is with sadness our beloved baby brother with a quick and hearty laugh, a gentle and easy smile, has entered to an eternal peaceful rest, Sun- day, August 19, 2018, will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018, 1 p. m., at Orange Grove Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, FL, officiating, Pastor Zachary Roberts.
Terry was born on October 8, 1959, in Tampa, FL to the late Car- rie Hooks and Samuel Hooks. Terry accepted the Lord and was passionate about everyone he met. He loved watching all types of sports and kept up with the stats on every NFL team.
Terry attended Hillsborough County schools, and later joined Whitney M. Young Job Corps in Kentucky. He was employed by Casper, Inc., for 20 years.
He was preceded in death by: his loving mom, Carrie Hooks; his niece, Jazmine, and nephew, Chris.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories: 1 brother, Nathaniel (Ethelda); 4 sisters, Jacquelyn (Michael) Joyce, (William), Theresa (Darin, Sr.), and Christina (Leonard); adult nephews, Michael (Wendy), Jamal (Kezia), and Darin, Jr., (Holly); adult nieces, Sharde (Marquis), Shala, (Donvon), Erica, Garret, Jordan, Jala, Do- rian, Marcus, Sabria, and Darius; 15 great nieces and nephews; also a host of family and friends.

           MR. WILLARD ALEXANDER HAYNES, JR.
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Willard Alexander Haynes, Jr., who passed on August 28, 2108, will be held on Saturday, Septem- ber 1, 2018, at 10 a. m. at Bible- Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace, 8718 N. 46th Street, Temple Terrace, Florida, Rev. Dr. Earl B. Mason, Senior Pas- tor, officiating with Minister David Haynes of Shiloh Missionary Bap- tist Church of Largo, Florida, eulo- gist.
Mr. Willard Alexander Haynes, who was affectionately known as “Billy,” was born in Tampa, Florida on January 1, 1952. He was edu- cated through the public schools of Hillsborough County. Billy gradu- ated from Tampa Bay Technical Senior High School in 1970. He continued his education at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale with a degree in Graphic Design. He worked as a Graphic Designer for Hillsborough County Public Schools for 35 years, until he re- tired in 2001. After which he be- came a Freelance Graphic Designer.
At an early age he professed his faith in Christ as his risen Savior and attended churches in the Tampa Bay area until his health began to fail him. Billy was a quiet, peaceful person who loved Star Trek and could be considered a true Trekkie. However to his chil- dren he was “Superman.” He had a true, dedicated, gentle strength. He always exhibited the true qualities of a Father.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Willard Alexander Haynes, Sr. and Elsie Marie War- mack Haynes; and his brother, Vic- tor Haynes.
He leaves to cherish his memo- ries with a loving and devoted daughter, Camille Haynes (Patrick); loving son, Corey Haynes; 5 grandchildren, Jakayla, Jalia, Camron, Mason, Myles; 8 brothers and sisters, Janice Haynes, Alwyn Bell (Brian), Carl Haynes, Sr., Cheryl Jackson- Haynes, David Haynes (Stephanie), Darryl Haynes, Michael Haynes, Bruce Haynes; 2 devoted and lov- ing mothers of his children, Lora Moore-Haynes and Jennifer Young; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sor- rowing relatives and friends.
