Australian immigration offi- cials on Sunday barred Chris Brown from performing Down Under due to his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Ri- hanna.
Tickets, to four Brown Aussie shows scheduled in De- cember, were set to go on sale on Monday before the stunning announcement from Immigra- tion Minister Peter Dutton.
Brown, 26, was given a “no- tice of intention to consider re- fusal” of his visa application, meaning he has 28 days to ap- peal and explain why he should be allowed into Australia.
came just days after Dutton’s predecessor, Michaelia Cash, urged Brown’s rejec- tion.
“People need to understand if you are going to commit do- mestic violence and then you want to travel around the world, there are going to be countries that say to you: ‘You cannot come in because you are not of the character we expect in Australia,’ ” Cash, now the minister of women, said.
Great Britain, Canada and New Zealand have previously denied Brown an application to come into their countries to perform.
After one week of sales, Drake and Future’s collabo- rative project “What a Time to Be Alive” has taken the #1 spot on Billboard’s Top 200. The new album, exclusively re- leased through iTunes, has sold more than 375,ooo units according to Nielsen Music. The mixtape earned the the third most successful week of
the year, following Drake’s previous album If You’re Reading This You’re Too Late and the Weeknd’s Beauty Behind the Madness.
Mac Miller also earned success on the Billboard 200 this week, earning the #4 spot for his latest album GO:OD AM.

Lil Wayne celebrated his birthday Sunday, (September 27), and the New Orleans na- tive got some love from his Cash Money boss, Bryan “Birdman” Williams. The CMB head posted a picture to his Instagram page with the caption “Happy BDAY to my son #tunechi #ymcmb4life.”
According to multiple re- ports, Wayne has been ac- tively trying to part ways with Birdman and Cash Money. The collapse of their relation- ship even included allegations Birdman conspired to have Tunechi killed and he threw a drink at Wayne at a club. Birdman has denied both ac-

cusations.
A couple of days before the
happy birthday message, Birdman uploaded an old picture of him and Weezy to- gether. So far, Wayne has not publicly responded to his self- described father figure’s IG posts.

beef has been reheated. The Game has recently stated that he doesn’t play any games on social media, and now his statement is being put to the test. Recently, The Game ap- peared on Breakfast Club to promote his upcoming album The Documentary 2. On the show, the former G-Unit rap- per responded to what seemed to be a question regarding younger rappers, and eventually said something that Young Thug didn’t like:
“Cause they’re disrespectful. And they’ll be talking crazy at you with a dress on...Some- times I put on jeans, and...some sneakers and a crewneck, and I feel like I’m not appropriate, you know what I’m saying?, he said later in the interview. “Do I need a leotard? I don’t know what it is these days, man.”
Young Thug responded to the comments via Instagram with anger, stating that The Game wasn’t “really about that action. Thug sent a few more messages to his foe. The last hit was an alleged picture of Game when he was a strip- per. The two rappers seemed to settle their differ-
ences earlier this year, they are back to throwing shots at each other.
