So, he seeks out help from Darnell Lewis (Kevin Hart) who will get him ready for life behind bars. Also starring T.I. as the leader of a street gang. This movie was hilarious!!! Must- see for laughs. Insurgent - The first movie ‘Divergent’ was very good and made $288M worldwide. The second Di- vergent series “Insurgent” stepped up the action. Beat- rice Prior (Shailene Wood- ley) had to fight her inner emotions and a powerful government (Kate Winslett, Jai Courtney, Mekhi Phifer), which threatened to destroy her society. She gets help from her boyfriend (Theo James) who is willing to die
for her. Action-packed, and if you can, watch it in 3-D. Enjoyed it! Made $85M U.S. / Foreign $93M. (Budget $110M). ****
Cinderella (2015) -
Disney’s theme ‘Have Courage And Be Kind” was a winner in this classic fairy tale. The story follows the life of young Ella (Lily James) whose father remar- ries following the death of her mother. Her cruel step- mother (Cate Blanchette) and daughters mistreat Ella throughout her life. She finds hope when she meets a stranger (Richard Madden) in the forest. Adults and young girls will enjoy this film. Made $149M. (Budget $95M). ****
Run All Night - A mob- ster hit man Jimmy Conlon (Liam Neeson) has one night to figure out how to save his son, Mike (Joel Kinnaman), from the mob boss (Ed Har- ris), who wants Mike to pay for the death of his son. This crime thriller was a real nail biter. Neeson is back on top after the disappointing ‘Taken 3’. Common also stars as the assassin on the hunt for Conlon’s son. Must- see! Made $23M.
