MS. RACHEL NICOLE EDWARDS
Homegoing Services for Ms. Rachel Nicole Edwards, who passed away on March 14, 2022, will be held Saturday, March 26, at 2 p.m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, with Pastor Linda Pugsley officiating.
Ms. Rachel Nicole Edwards was a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. She relocated to Tampa, Florida, with her family and attended Tampa Bay Tech- nical Vocational High School. Rachel was employed with the Customer Service Industry, Re- tail Division.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Edith Edwards and Edward Clyburn; grandpar- ents, Edith Edwards and Charlie Edwards and Geraldine Clyburn.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Alicia Davis, Terekia Graham, Julissa Davis, and Thomas Jolley; grandchildren, Niya Davis, and Ja’Juan Hendrix; sisters, Le’An- dre Gaffney, and Delilah Davis; nephews, Anthony Teel and D’Andre Williams; a host of aun- ties, cousins, and friends.
Friends are asked to arrive at the Chapel for the Homegoing Services on Saturday, March 26, at 1:45 p.m. A facial covering protection is recommended.

Homegoing Services for Ms. Cassandra Vanette Ennis, who passed away March 15, 2022, will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. Ms. Cassandra Vanette Ennis was born March 25, 1961, in Tampa, Florida, to parents, Charles and Orelia Ennis. She was educated in Hillsborough County public school.
Cassandra leaves to cherish her memories: her lifelong part- ner Michael George; two daugh- ters, Teresa Ennis and Orelia Ennis-Roach (Darius); sisters, Jacquelyn Peterson (Edward) and Angela Ennis; sister-in-law Shirl Ennis; 8 grandchildren Darius, Mercedes, Jace, Dashaun, Amar, Carter, Conner, and Eliyah; remembered by her nieces and nephews as a devoted and loving aunt active in their lives while growing up and re- maining present in their lives as they moved out into the world nieces, Chiquita Peterson, Chanel Lang, Latoya Ramsey (Timmy), Anitra Carter, Chantay Boykins; nephews, Edward Pe- terson, Jr., Darien Mitchell, Andre Ennis (wife), Clavon Ennis, Cosmos Carl Ennis (Annek); cousin Alfred Ennis, Pamela Colleton, Michael Ennis, Dean Ennis, Keith Ennis, Carol Shepard, Linda Stockton, Marie Yates, Ronnie Yates, Daniel Yates; 10 great nieces, 19 great nephews, 5 great, great nieces, 12 great, great nephews; and a host of other friends.
Visitation will be held Fri- day, March 25, 2022, from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Harmon Funeral Home. Friends are welcomed to arrive for the Homegoing Serv- ice for Cassandra at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. A facial covering protection is recommended.

MR. FRED WILLIE STRANGE
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Fred Willie Strange, who passed away on March 5, 2022, will be held Monday, March 28, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, with the Rev. Vincent Carl Strange officiating. Interment with military honors will be in Florida National Ceme- tery, in Bushnell Florida.
Mr. Fred Willie Strange was born on December 10, 1931, in Avon Park, Florida.
He was preceded in death by: his biological father, Fred Willie Allen and his legal father, Mr. Roosevelt Strange; his mother, Thelma Davis Strange; sisters, Blanche Strange, May Mamie L. Dumas; brothers, Marion E. Strange, English L. Strange; 1 daughter, Rose Wallace.
Mr. Fred Strange is survived by: his wife of 58 years, Louise Strange; 1 son, Pastor Vincent C. Strange, (Mary); grandchildren, Marlow Wallace, Vincent Strange, II, (Dawn), Vicino Strange, Victoria C. Strange, and Vanessa Strange; 11 grandchil- dren, five great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; one brother, Charlie Fromveal; 1 sis- ter, Eloise Collins; devoted care- giver, Michael Wilson; a host of other family and friends.
Mr. Fred Willie Strange served in the military during the Korean War. After the war, he matriculated to Florida A&M University earning a BS degree in Business Administration. He was employed by Gulf Life In- surance Company retiring after 30 years.
After retirement Mr. Strange went into the salvage business as an independent salvage collec- tor, business operator and owner.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2022. Friends are asked to ar- rive at 10:45 a.m. for the Home- going Celebration.

MR. CLARENCE E. BARR, SR.
Clarence E. Barr Sr. of Tampa Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Fu- neral Services will be held on Sat- urday, March 26, 2022, at The Greater New Salem Primitive Bap- tist Church, 1605 N. Nebraska Ave., Tampa, Florida 33602. Rev. Dr. Benjamin M. Curry, Senior Pastor, with Rev. Dr. Marcia Turner Officiating and Eulogist.
Clarence attended Middleton High School but went on to gradu- ate from Tucson, Arizona High School.
After graduation, he joined the United States Navy, where he served four years. Upon returning to Tampa, he met and married Jacqueline D. Rogers and to that union one son was born, Clarence E. Barr, Jr.
Clarence was preceded by his parents in death, Mr. Willie Forte and Helen McQueen, and Made- line and Henry Barr. Two loving grandmothers, Mrs. Lucile Barns and Mrs. Jessie Forte; and one beloved nephew, Steven Cornell Adams.
After the Navy, Clarence at- tended: Bernard Baruch City Col- lege in New York. He became one of the first Black Sales Managers hired by UNIROYAL Tire Com- pany in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Barrs returned to Tampa in late 1972, where they made Seffner their home.
In 1973, he established C. Barr & Son’s Trucking Company. Clarence was an avid tennis player and a scholar of His- tory and books that told of it.
Clarence leaves to remember the fondest memories: his only son, Clarence Barr, Jr., who writes the Column, “Reality On ICE” in the Florida Sentinel Bulletin; grandson, Nygel Forte Barr, granddaughter, Yasmine Barr; 6 great- grandchildren, Amaya, Amiya, Nykeem, Raheem, Jake’ and Nori; sisters, Vanessa Adams, Lynette Forte-Reid and husband, Robin, Atlanta, GA, Cyn- thia Nathaniel; and brothers, Leonard and Walter Segal; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Florence Rogers; nieces and nephews: Eric Nathaniel and Rachell, Gerald Rogers and Charlene, Jameshia Scott; cousins: Jacqueline and Michael Nash, Rev. Dr. Marcia Turner, Stephanie Warmack, Tommy Warmack; and a host of other family members and friends.
Mask recommended and are required as mandated by the CDC Regulations.
Interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513.

REVEREND ARTHUR LEE BRINSON
Reverend Arthur Lee Brin- son, of Tampa, Fl passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Fu- neral Services will be held on Sat- urday, March 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Friendly Missionary Bap- tist Church, 2012 N. Tampania Ave, Tampa, FL 33607, Pastor Johnnie Miller with Michael Price, officiating. MASK RECOM- MENDED. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Reverend Arthur Lee Brinson was born on July 14, 1937, in Bas- com, Florida, to James Brinson and Lena Brinson. He was the second oldest of four children.
He attended the schools of Jackson County. He accepted Christ into his life at an early age at Liberty Baptist Church in Mar- ianna, FL, and later became a minister under the late Dr. T. J. James at Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, in Tampa, Florida. He has been a resident of Tampa since the early 50s and a longtime resident of Progress Vil- lage.
He was a long distance truck driver for over 35 years before re- tiring from StoroPac Inc. He loved spending time with his fam- ily and friends, hunting, and preaching God’s word.
Reverend Arthur L. Brinson was preceded in death by: his par- ents; sister, Annie Ruth Hicks Dowdle; brothers, Elder Tony Brinson and Deacon Freddie Brinson and great-grandsons, Torry and Kobe Williams.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his children, Lashunda, Arthenia, Lalena, Darryl (Deb- bie), and Antoinette; stepdaugh- ter, Toni (Dwight); 25 grandchildren, Ronald, Tory, Toneisha, Darien, April, Kourt- nae, Antonio, Antoine, Ejashia, Demitria, Elicia, Donnell, Justin, Maurice, Dahrya, Shyra, Alfred, Alyce, Anthony, Arquevius, Ash- ley, Alyce, Kevin, Demetrius and Lashunda; 34 great grandchil- dren; one great, great grand- daughter; sister-in-law, Sharon Brinson; special nephew, Freddie Brinson, Jr.; special nieces, Lena Hicks Jenkins and Tanya Steven- son and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Special thanks to care- givers, Mabel Guerra and China Pickens.
