Tom Brady's 5-TD Day
Bucs Tight End O. J. Howard May Be Done With Achilles Injury
O. J. HOWARD
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O. J. Howard suf- fered a serious Achilles injury in the second half of the Bucs' 38-31 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
Howard's injury hap- pened in the fourth quarter. Howard caught three passes for 50 yards, snagging a 28- yard touchdown grab in the third quarter to pull the Bucs within three points after being down 17 in the second quarter.
Lamar Jackson Tops Michael Vick, Sets NFL Record
LAMAR JACKSON
Baltimore Ravens quarter- back Lamar Jackson hit yet another milestone in his al- ready impressive NFL career on Sunday — proving he’s perhaps the best dual-threat quarter- back in league history.
Jackson became the fastest player in NFL history to eclipse 5,000 career passing yards and 2,000 rushing yards, which he did while leading the Ravens to a 31-17 win against the Washington Football Team.
Lamar Jackson Cruises To NFL Milestone
Jackson went 14 of 21 for 193 yards through the air on Sunday and threw two touch- downs, both of which were 20- yard tosses to Mark Andrews. Jackson needed just 96 passing yards to eclipse the 5,000-yard mark heading into Sunday — which he passed on his first touchdown toss to Andrews in the first half.
Jackson broke out for a massive 50-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, too, which marked both the longest of his career and the longest touchdown run by any quarter- back in the league in the past five seasons.

Lifts Buccaneers Out Of
17-Point Hole Vs. Chargers;
 Plays Bears Thursday
Tom Brady bounced back from a rough first half to throw for five touchdowns in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 38-31 victory over the Los An- geles Chargers on Sunday.
The Bucs trailed by 17 points near the end of the first half, and it appeared Brady was going to be outgunned by Chargers rookie Justin Her- bert. Instead, a late intercep- tion by Herbert helped the Buccaneers (3-1) seal a win.
Brady completed 30 of 46 attempts for 369 yards with the five scores and an early pick six.
Chargers Fumble Leads To Brady-Led Comeback
The tides turned with time winding down in the first half. Rather than take a knee before heading into the locker room, the Chargers (1-3) ran it but lost the ball on a fumble. Brady answered by hitting Mike Evans for a 6-yard touchdown to go into the locker room down, 24-14.
He threw two more out of the half before the Chargers answered. When Los Angeles retook the lead late in the third

quarter, Brady threw his final score of the day to close out a 90-yard drive. Ke’Shawn Vaughn caught the 9-yard toss to make it 35-31.
Brady broke his own record with another day of at least three touchdowns.
Brady’s Day Begins With Another Pick Six
Brady got out to a rough start and threw his second pick six of the season in the first quarter. Michael Davis jumped the route and re- turned it 78 yards to put Los Angeles up 14-7.
The 3-1 Buccaneers head to Chicago this week to play the 3-1 Bears. The Bucs and Bears will play before a national au- dience as they draw the first of their five prime-time games in 2020; kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. on FOX.
