MR. ELLIS VINCENT WALKER
Mr. Ellis Vincent Walker of Tampa, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Novem- ber21,at1p.m.atSt.Paul Lutheran Church, 5103 Cen- tral Avenue, Tampa, 33603, Reverend Dr. Russell L. Meyer, pastor, with Watch- man Eddie A. Brown of The Way Ministries, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mr. Walker was a native of Tampa. He was educated in the public schools of Hills- borough County and was a graduate of the Job Corps.
Mr. Walker was an entre- preneur and owner of E And W Hauling, Inc.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Elzie Walker; brother, Eric G. Walker; grandparents, Harold and Helen Fesser, Richard Walker and Willi Mae Evans; aunt, Sylvia Fesser; 4 uncles, Harold, Arnold, Randy and David Fesser; and cousin, Vanessa Singletary.
He leaves cherished mem- ories with: three loving, de- voted daughters, Tyyana N. Walker, Bilan D. Walker, and Ellisia V. Walker; a lov- ing mother, Dolores Fesser- Walker; sister, Andre Walker; 4 devoted brothers, Elliott Walker and wife, Kimmi, Earl J. Walker and wife, Tonya, Edwin Walker and wife, Geneice, and Eathan Walker; sister-in- law, Verbena Walker; 6 grandchildren, Exavier E. Walker, Kiara L. Burney, Caleb M. Walker, Garland S. MR. SAM WILLIAMS
Mr. Sam Williams, 66, of Suisun City, California, affec- tionately, known as “Bird,” was born October 22, 1949. He passed away November 6, 2015 at his residence in Su- isun City, California.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 1 p. m. at North- side Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th Street, Minister Erica Harrington, officiating, with Pastor Ri- cardo Robinson, eulogist. His final rest will be at Bush- nell National Cemetery, on November 23, 2015 at 12:30 p. m.
Mr. Sam Williams was born in Quitman, GA, to Mil- dred Golden and the late Douglas Williams.
As a youngster, Mr. Williams relocated to Tampa with his family.
He attended public schools in Hillsborough County.
He enlisted in United States Marine Corps in 1968, serving in Vietnam War. Mr. Sam Williams was an honor- able United States Marine Corp Veteran. He served in the military for 6 years and received several distin- guished honors such as: the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Combat Action Rib- bon, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Rifle Marksman Badge, and Purple Heart.
After completing his serv- ices in the military, he re- turned to Tampa for a short period of time and later relo- cated to Oakland, California.
On December 10, 2002 Mr. Williams united in holy matrimony to Willie Jean Austin.
Loved ones that preceded Mr. Sam Williams in death were: father, Douglas Williams; and brothers, Solomon Roundtree and Curtis Roundtree.
Sam leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Mil- dred Roundtree, Tampa; sib- lings, James (Betty) Roundtree, Jonesboro, GA, Larry Roundtree, Tampa, Lewis Roundtree, Tampa, Eunice (Ronald) Brown, Lake Monroe, FL, Reginald (Rosetta) Mike, Robert (Shirley) Mike, Thomas Ben- ton, “Too Smooth” Roundtree, and Arthur Roundtree, Tampa; and for- mer wife, Willie Jean Austin- Williams, Dixon, California.
The visitation will be held at Jackson Funeral Home, 4605 N. 34th Street, Tampa, on Friday, November 20rd from 5-8 p. m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m.

Ms. Sebrina Stephanie Barron of Tampa, passed away, Tuesday, November 10, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Novem- ber21,at2:30p.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Elder Philip Tucker, officiat- ing.
Sebrina was born to William L. Barron, Sr. and Rosa Foxx Barron on April 27, 1963 in Ft. Pierce, FL.
She spent most of her youth in Miami, where she graduated from high school.
Sebrina came to Tampa as a young adult to attend col- lege, and later worked as a banking supervisor.
She accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and knew His word, His grace and His love.
Sebrina was the mother of one son, whom she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; brother, Ty- rone Barron; grandparents, Rosada Foxx, Charlie and Jessie Mae Barron; aunt, Lizzie (George) Argrett; and uncle, Paul Foxx.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her son, William Marcus Hayle; a brother, William Lester Barron, Jr. (Melissa), and nephew, William L. Barron, III, of Tampa; paternal siblings, Roderick and Alexandro Bar- ron of Ft. Pierce, FL, Melinda, Felicia and Natasha Barron of Savannah, GA; aunts, Mary Hair of Miami, FL, Hilda Foxx of Ft. Mrs. Mary A. Cooper of Odessa, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015.

Mrs. Cooper was a native of Fairfield, Alabama, and was raised in Beckley, West Virginia. She was educated by the public schools of Beck- ley, WV and was a graduate of Stratton High School.
Mrs. Cooper was a resi- dent of Tampa for 38 years and was a member of Idlewild Baptist Church, and she retired as a Secretary at Honeywell, Inc.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Sterling and Bessie Green; siblings, Ster- ling Green, II, Willie Green, James Green, Richard Green, Houston Green, Louise Green, Julia Witcher, Rosabell Johns.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband of 54 years, Elder Robert Washington Cooper, Sr.; 3 children, Towanda Denise Cooper, Robert Washington, II, and Terri Deanna McCree and husband, Grafton of Tampa; sister, Mary Eliza- beth Harriss (Austin) of Bowie, MD; two brothers, John Green of Columbus, OH, and Alexander Green and wife, Diane of Lester, WV; two sisters-in-law, Juanita Yeoman and hus- band, Ruben of Tampa, and Barbara (Lonnie) Cooper of Baltimore, MD; six grand- children, Robert Washing- ton, III of Tampa, Donovan Cooper and wife, Ashley of Savannah, GA, Alicia Man- grahm and husband, Willie of Tampa, Megan Cooper, Paul Alexandre and Grafton McCree, II of Tampa; cousin, Millie Fielder of Tampa; god- son, Reginald Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors.

Homegoing services for Mr. John Leslie Richardson, who passed away on Novem- ber 14, 2015, will be held Sat- urday, November 21, 2015, at Harmon Funeral Home Chapelat1p.m.at5002N. 40th Street Tampa. Mr. Richardson’s son, Mr. Jamal Richardson will deliver the eulogy. The interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, on Monday, November 23, 2015, at11a.m.
Mr. Richardson was born in Aruba to the late Alfredo and Christobel Richardson.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, Julian Richardson.
Mr. John Leslie Richard- son served in the Coast Guard.
Mr. Richardson leaves cherished memories of him with: his son, Jamal Richard- son; and daughter, Viola.
He is survived by: six brothers, four sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and a surviving spouse, Matilda Richardson.
Visitation for Mr. Richard- son will be held November 20, 2015 at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street from 5-8 p. m. Family will receive friends from 7-8 p. m.
