Deacon Arthur L. Tolbert, Sr. of Tampa passed away Monday, November 9, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Novem- ber21at11a.m.atMt.Pleas- ant Missionary Baptist Church, 2002 N. Rome Av- enue, with Reverend Dr. C. T. Kirkland, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Deacon Tolbert was a na- tive of Worth County, Geor- gia, and a resident of Tampa for many years.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Charlie and Lucy Gano Tolbert; wife, Marise Tolbert; daughters, Yvonne Tolbert, Doris Smith, and Joyce Johns; son, William Walker; step- mother, Rebecca Tolbert; sis- ters, Roberta Brown, Lonnie Russell, Molly Morgan, Bob- bie Rigsby and Dorothy Stafford; and brothers, Fred- die Tolbert and Marcellus Tolbert, Sr.
He leaves precious memo- ries in the hearts of: his de- voted daughter and caregiver, Deborah Caldwell (Donald), and Earnestine Riley (Joseph); 3 caring sons, Arthur Tolbert (Wanda), Lorenzo Tolbert (Mildred), and Alton Walker (Mar- garet); sister, Jessie Smith; brothers, Charlie C. The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, Novem- ber 20, and the family will re- ceive friends from 6-7 p. m. at the chapel of Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
Family and friends are asked to please meet at the church at approximately 10:45 a.m. Saturday morn- ing.

MR. KEITH JEROME GRIER
Mr. Keith Jerome Grier of Seffner, FL, passed away, Thursday, November 12, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Novem- ber21,at11a.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Reverend James Franklin, officiating. Interment will follow in Unity A. M. E. Church Cemetery, Seffner, FL (formerly St. Mary's Cemetery).
Mr. Grier was a native of Tampa, and was a lifelong resident of the Tampa/Seffner area. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was employed as a Laborer at various Con- struction sites.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and car- ing parents, father, Reuben H. Grier, Jr. (Linda); mother, Debra Reid; stepfa- ther, Minister Eddie Reid, Jr.; brothers, Reuben H. MR. JUSTIN RAMON BROOKS
A memorial service for Mr. Justin Ramon Brooks of Tampa, will be held on No- vember 21, 2015, from 2-3 p. m. at Stone’s Memorial Fu- neral Home, 5016 N. 22nd Street, with Rev. Gerald Green, officiating.
Justin was born in Friends, Sanford, FL, and moved to Tampa in 1993. Here, he enjoyed spending time with family; smiling, laughing and joking always until he answered His Fa- ther’s call.

Funeral service for Mr. Wilbur Hunter who on Sun- day, November 15, 2015, en- tered into eternal rest at Consulate Health Care, Bran- don, FL, will be held on Sat- urday, November 21, 2015 at 10 a. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, with Rev. W. D. Sims, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.

Wilbur Hunter was the son of the late Adron and Dorothy Hunter. He was born March 28, 1929 in Den- ver, North Carolina.
Mr. Hunter was a Tampa resident for over 60 years.
Mr. Hunter was married to Mrs. Rutha Mae Hunter, who preceded him in death.
Wilbur attended school in North Carolina and was em- ployed with Anheuser- Busch, Inc., where he was a dedicated employee for over thirty-five years.
There will be a viewing on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 5-8 p. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-7 p. m. in the chapel.
Friends are asked to as- semble at the funeral home at approximately 9:45 a. m., Saturday.

MR. STEPHON LORENZA
MCDOWELL, SR.
Funeral service for Mr. Stephon Lorenza McDowell, Sr. who passed away at Brandon Regional Hospital on November 10, 2015 will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 2 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, with Rev. Wallace Z. Bowers, officiat- ing. Military honors will fol- low after the service. Interment will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Florida National Ceme- tery.
Mr. McDowell was pre- ceded in death by: one sister and one brother; and stepfa- ther, Jeremiah McClellan.
He was the proud father of four children including god- daughter, La Toya D. Bell (stepdaughter), Stephon L. McDowell, Jr., Tinesha N. McDowell, Jatoia Johnson (goddaughter), and Sherree M. McDowell; grandchil- dren, Quincey Mills, LaShonda Mills, Ebony Mills, Chyna Mills and Avery Galasso; mother, Millard Mc- Clellan; brother, Paul Mc- Dowell; four sisters, Joyce McDowell, Janine Wright, Toni Pittman (stepsister), and Krystal Larry (godsis- ter). He also leaves behind six nieces and two nephews, a host of cousins, aunts, un- cles and friends.
Mr. Stephon Lorenza Mc- Dowell, Sr. was born on Sep- tember 3, 1962 in Cairo, IL. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the Salmon Baptist Church in Champaign, IL. After relo- cating to Tampa he attended First Baptist Church of Progress Village.
He graduated from Bran- don High School, Class of 1980. After graduation, Stephon enlisted in the United States Air Force and received an honorable dis- charge in 1987.
There will be a viewing on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 5-8 p. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home.
