Diddy Changes His Name Again
Thor: Ragnarok Tops Box Office With $121M Opening
News flash! Diddy, er, Puff Daddy, er P. Diddy, Puffy ... just changed his name again.
When it’s all said and done, his birth name is still Sean Combs, but of course he’s also been known by the previ- ous monikers we just men- tioned.
However, with November 4th marking his 48th birth- day, Mr. Combs is once again letting the world know that he wants to be known by a different name going for- ward.
In a new social media video post, Combs says:
“I know it’s risky ’cause it could come off as corny to some people, like yo. I decided to change my name again. I’m

just...I’m just not who I am before. I’m something differ- ent. So my new name is Love. A.k.a. Brother Love. I will not be answering to Puffy, Diddy, Puff Daddy or any of my other monikers. But Love or Brother Love. Okay?”
Well, Marvel/Disney's Thor: Ragnarok has, at last, brought the low grossing film season to a temporary end with a huge $121 million opening domestically and $427 million to-date world- wide.
That makes it the biggest opening for any Thor film, beating out the first film which opened in 2011 with $65 million and 2013's Thor: Dark World, which opened with $85 million.
In a distant second place was the sequel A Bad Moms Christmas, grossed $21.5 mil- lion this weekend.

'Bill Cosby Show’ Producer Sues Over Use Of Show Clips In Documentary
Despite reports Jay-Z is currently struggling to sell tickets in certain markets, Bill- board posted an article claim- ing the "4:44 Tour" is making plenty of money.
In fact, the trek is said to be Jay's highest grossing solo tour of his three-decade career.
Omar Al-Joulani, VP of touring at Live Nation, told the publication, "This tour will be the biggest headlining tour of Jay’s career." He also added that Hov has already sold more tickets for the "4:44 Tour" than the entire "Magna Carta Tour."
According to Billboard, Jay is grossing seven figures per night.

Carsey-Werner Company, producer of “The Cosby Show,” has filed a lawsuit against BBC for allegedly using too much copyrighted material in a doc- umentary titled “Bill Cosby: Fall of an American Icon.”
The lawsuit was launched in California federal court Friday against BBC and Sugar Films Limited, according to The Hol- lywood Reporter.
According to the complaint, Fall “included 8 audiovisual clips (one of which appears 3 times) and 2 music cues from The Cosby Show. Carsey- Werner’s permission for such use of the Clips and the Cues was neither sought nor given.”

Someone shelled out a record-setting $700,000 for one of Prince’s guitars, according to Page Six.
A bidding war resulted in the highest price ever paid for one of the late icon’s axes, notes Julien’s Auctions, which held the sale on Saturday in Los An- geles.
The blue “Cloud” guitar, which went far above the $60,000 to $80,000 it was expected to fetch, was one of several items up for sale by rock legends.
