PASTOR LARRY BILLUE, SR.
Funeral services in loving memory of Pastor Larry Billue, Sr., who passed away on October 29, 2022, will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 p. m. at Peace Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2607 E. 24th Ave., Tampa, FL 33605, with Bishop Sylvester Robinson, Pas- tor, officiating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Rev. Larry Billue was a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. He was a retired pastor and preached the word of God many years before retiring.
He is survived by: 2 sons, Larry Billue, Jr. and Rev. Christopher Billue; 5 siblings; a family friend, Linda Edwards; a host other relatives and friends.
The processional will be as- sembled at 12:45 p. m. on Satur- day at the church.

MR. SIMEON BROWN
Funeral services for Mr. Simeon Brown, aka “Mr. Eric”, who passed away October 20, 2022 will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, Florida 33610, with Minister Carlton Blair offi- ciating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Mr. Simeon A. Brown, “Mr. Eric,” was born to Victoria and Hezekiah Brown on August 24, 1930, in the Parish of St. An- drews, Jamaica, West Indies. He was the fourth of nine children. He lived in his beloved country until he became a young man and came to the United States on contract. He travelled to several states picking apples, oranges, cutting sugar cane, etc. He later worked and retired from a chemical plant in Zephyrhills, Florida. He married Deloris Ed- wards (deceased) in 1987.
Mr. Brown loved to cook, play dominoes, bingo, adult col- oring and singing gospels to the residents of Palm Terrace As- sisted Living Facility. He was loved by his family and the Palm Terrace community.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Deloris Ed- wards-Brown and his son-in- law, Glenn Williams, Sr., as well as host of other family mem- bers.
He leaves to mourn: six stepchildren, Mary Williams, Michael Blair, Anthony Blair, Victoria Blair, Carlton Blair (Diane), Charles Edwards, Jr. (Jackie); eighteen step grand- children: Glenn Williams, II, Cynthia Davis (Tommy), Glenn Williams, III (Letesha), Alissa Williams, Ralph McCray, Jim- mie McCray, Misti Blair, Kashif Taalib-Din, Tonisha Blair, Lloyd Williams, Jr., Latoria Williams Perkins (Regginald), Crystal Blair Gallon (Dennis), Bruce Youmans, Jr., Justin Edwards; a host of step great grandchildren and several great-great grand- children. He will be mourned by his best friend, Mr. Patrick Dun- can “Mr. Leroy;” friends, Ms. Martha Dehaney, Ms. Ruth Car- ridice, family friend Felicia Blair, Epiphany Arms Apart- ments and of course the Palm Terrace residential community that he so dearly loved.

MR. LINDELL WASHINGTON, SR.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Lindell “Mane” Washington, Sr. will be held on Thursday, Novem- ber 3, 2022 at 10:30 a. m., at In- tegrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, with Rev. Charlie D. Sampson, of- ficiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p. m. at Florida National Cemetery with Military Honors.
Lindell Washington was born in Benton, Mississippi to Charles Stiff and Emma Washington on June 21, 1964. He was educated in the public schools of Yazoo County and graduated from Ben- ton High School, Class of 1982. After graduating he enlisted in the U. S. Army and served his country faithfully. After being honorably discharged from his military ca- reer, he relocated to Tampa, Florida.
Lindell, known as “Mane”, was an easy going, kind-hearted, well-known entrepreneur in his community who was dedicated to his business providing window tint services and auto detailing. He enjoyed listening to music, watching football, and barbe- quing. He also loved spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Charles Stiff; maternal grandparents, General Washing- ton (Emma); paternal grandpar- ents, Eddie Stiff (Gladys), step siblings, Patricia and Richard Shannon.
He leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories: his only son, Lin- dell Washington, Jr.; mother, Emma Francis Washington; step- mother, Dorothy Grayer; siblings, Carol Dudley, Loretta Washing- ton, Lorenzo Stiff, Debra Richard- son (Dwayne), Willie Redd (Anne), Steve Wilcox, Deloris Lacey; uncle, Eddie Stiff (Essie); aunts, Louise Stiff, Gloria Stiff Moore, Yvonne Owen; nephews, Petrick Washington (Tammy), Curtis Miles, DJ Richardson; nieces, LaKeisha Washington, Cedetria Tranchant, Maria Richardson, Shanelle Richardson; great nieces, Pakyla, Petrunique, Treasure, Octavia, Jayda; great nephews, La’Marion, Jaylen; spe- cial devoted friends, Rev. Dontrae was a bright and beautiful soul who loved every- one regardless of race or gender. He loved sports and was very proud of his music. He loved his friends and was goofy, sweet, and respectful. He will be missed and forever loved.

MR. WILLIE LEE MESSER
Mr. Willie Lee Messer of Miami, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, 11:00 a. m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Reverend Matthew Jenkins, offi- ciating, interment to follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. MASK RECOM- MENDED.
Mr. Willie was a resident of Tampa for 19 years. He gradu- ated from Middleton High School, Class of 1965 and soon after was drafted into the U. S. Army. He earned an Associate Degree in Aviation at Miami Dade College, and a Criminal Justice Degree at Florida Inter- national University. He was em- ployed and retired as a Police Officer in the Task Force Unit at The City of Miami Police Depart- ment.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Monique Messer; granddaughter, Kaliyah Lewis; aunts, Gloria Jean Ramirez, and Josephine Williams; a host of first cousins, JoAnn Shop, Julius Jackson, Venus Lovejoy; the Fleming Family, Messer Family, Lee Family; and a host of extended family and friends.
