I FORGOT MY GRANDMA WAS A HUMAN
After seeing her overcome and accomplish so much in life, all of the accolades I witnessed her re- ceive and the many goals I saw her achieve. I forgot my Grandma was a human, too.
The amount of love, care, pro- tection and she gave to her Family. I completely forgot my Grandma was human.
I never saw life without her in the picture, especially after seeing her make many sacrifices and not break a sweat; like she would be here forever and she can handle everything life throws her way. The thought never crossed my mind that one day, she won’t be here. I thought my Grandma was invincible.
But I guess I forgot that my Grandma was a human, too.
Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by: JJ and Tami and Jaylah Hickmon, Nikki and Layla and L’Nia Hickmon, Sheila and David Inman.
