Dr. Carley was a member of Beulah Baptist Institutional Church; active life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, In- corporated, active member of The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, a member of the Athena Society, Bethesda Ministries, and the Ladies of Leisure.
Dr. Carley was preceded in death by: her parents, Eurman Marion and Althlean Clark; and sister, Irma L. Marion.
She leaves loving memories with: her husband, Henry Carley; daughter, Ivana Carley; sons, Rodney Carley (Ezell) and Henry Carley (Alicia); grandchildren, Deshanna Warren (Demond), Shaleena Carley, Donovan Carley, Racquel Carley, Aviana George, Javon Carley and Simone Carley; great-grandchildren, Sa’niya Warren and Daniel Negron, Jr.; brother, Tony Marion (Fontaine); sister-in-law, Albertha Bevel; brothers-in-law, Willie Carley (Betty) and Rudolph Carley (Mary Lou); and uncle, Harold Watson (Bernice). Dr. Carley will also be missed by her nieces, cousins and a host of other mournful relatives and friends.

Homegoing Services for Mrs. Irma Warren Frazier, who passed away June 17, 2018, will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11 a. m. at Great Commission Baptist Church, 3111 E. Wilder Ave., Tampa, FL 33610, Dr. E. R. Boone, Pastor, officiating. Inter- ment will be at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave., Bushnell, FL 33513, Monday, July 2, 2018 at 11 a. m.
Irma Warren Frazier was a native of Tampa, Florida for 44 years. She attended schools in Cocoa and New York. She was a faithful member of Great Com- mission Church. Her hobbies in- clude making floral arrangements and interior de- signing.
She was preceded in death by her parents: McArthur Warren and Lillie Mae Irons; grandpar- ents: Sony Bay Mack and Willie Mae Mack.

William Cedric Brown was born in Tampa, Florida on March 28, 1957, to James William Brown and Mattie Mae Davis Brown. He attended Hills- borough County Public schools and was employed in Construc- tion during his earlier years. William was called home in eter- nal rest on June 14, 2018.
William C. Brown, a family man, is now united with his wife, Deborah in heaven. Also, with his parents and his oldest daughter, Kesha.
Now he leaves behind his children: sons, Kevin Best (Teresa), William William, Matthew Brown and Emanuel Brown (DeeDee); daughters, Shannon Brown and Anjelica Herzog (William); grandchil- dren, Marquez Hamilton, Wilnesha William, Cole William, JJ William, Emanuel Brown, Jr., William Herzog, Shaniya Brown, Debrianna Brown, Matthew Brown, II, Evan Matthew, James Brown and Miracle Brown; siblings, Cynthia Austin (Arthur), Carl- ton Brown (Verna), Peggy Brown, Charles Brown and Lloyd Brown; nieces, Tameka Brown and Takisha Brown; nephews, Carlton Brown, Jr., Reco Brown and Bobby Brown and other family members and friends.

Dr. Sylvia M. Carley of Tampa, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 30 at 4 p. m. at Beulah Baptist Institutional Church, 1006 W. Cypress St., with Reverend Dr. W. James Favorite, Presiding.
Dr. Sylvia Ann Marion Carley, was a native of Tampa, FL, re- ceived her early education in the School District of Hillsborough County, graduating from Middle- ton High School in 1964. She fur- thered her education and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bethune-Cookman (College) Uni- versity, Master’s Degree from Clark Atlanta University; Doctor- ate of Philosophy from the Uni- versity of Florida; and a certificate of Higher Education Management from Harvard University.
She worked as an administra- tor and faculty member for 35 years at Hillsborough Community College where she served as a So- ciology College Professor, Dean of Behavioral Sciences and Busi- ness, Vice President of Education and Student Development and the President of the Ybor City Hills- borough Community College Campus.
Additionally, Dr. Carley served as the Principal Investiga- tor for federal grants. Later in her career, she created an educational consulting group, Marion & Asso-
MRS. NETTIE RUTH ROGERS JONES
Mrs. Nettie Ruth Rogers Jones of Riverview, Florida, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 30, at 10 a. m. at First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Boulevard, with Dr. Samuel Maxwell, Senior Teaching Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Boston, Georgia, and a resident of Tampa for 73 years. She at- tended the public schools in Hills- borough County and graduated from Middleton High School, Class of 1949. She furthered her education with Hillsborough Community College and the Uni- versity of South Florida. Mrs. Jones was a member of First Bap- tist Church of Progress Village and served faithful in many ca- pacities. She was also a member of the Tampa Chapter of the Red Hat Society.
Mrs. Jones was a Paraprofes- sional with the Head Start Pro- gram for Potter Elementary with the School District of Hillsbor- ough County prior to retiring.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Joe Rogers, Sr. and Sarah Jane (Williams) Rogers; husband, Samuel Elie Jones, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories with: 2 daughters, Deborah (Elder Harry L.) Harris of Grand Island, FL and Dr. Jan- ice (George) Jacob of Wimauma, FL; 6 sons, Ret. Capt. Samuel (Dr. Lydia) Jones, Sr. of Tobago, West Indies, Ret. Capt. Joseph (Edna) Jones of Apollo Beach, FL, Ret. Master Sgt. Kelvin M. (Shirley) Jones, Sr. of Lakeland, FL, Sgt. Darryl (Kristy) Jones of Lake- land, FL, Master Sgt. Neil (Patri- cia) Jones, Sr. of Brandon, FL and Dr. Dana Jones and friend, Lyle Duvall of Palm Springs, CA; a host of grand and great-grand- children; sisters-in-law, Vila Jones, Christine Speights, and Ada Mae Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews and other rela- tives including a devoted cousin, Eva Minor; special devoted friends, Dorothy West, Roesolia Young, Mary Hobley, Minnie Sul- livan, Brenda Smith, Elsie Adams (Companion/Caregiver), and The Community High Noon Prayer Band of Progress Village.
