IN LOVING MEMORY OF A DEAR HUSBAND ON YOUR BIRTHDAY
OTIS (OATMEAL) WHITE, SR.
The days go by without you, and each one is the same. My mind is filled with thoughts of you. In tears I call you name. They say that time’s a healer and that life has to go on, but my life will never be the same, now the one I loved is gone.
Love, your wife, Leah.

Pittsburgh District Attorney Charges Cop Who Shot Teen 3 Times With Criminal Homicide
Antwon Rose, II was shot 3 times by police officer Michael Rosfeld. Rosfeld has been charged with criminal homicide.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Al- legheny County Prosecutors charged East Pittsburgh po- lice Officer Michael Ros- feld, 30, with criminal homicide Wednesday in the shooting death of 17-year-old Antwon Rose, II, court records show.
New details, indicate Antwon, who would have been a senior in high school, was shot in his face, right arm and the middle of his back.
It also states that Antwon was in a car sus- pected in an earlier shooting but did not appear to be the shooter, and that Rosfeld made inconsistent statements about whether he believed Antwon had a gun when the
officer opened fire. Rosfled was fired from the Pitt Uni- versity police force for lying on a report, and hired in May to the county police force.
Under Pennsylvania law, criminal homicide includes murder, voluntary manslaughter and involun- tary manslaughter.
Allegheny County District Attorney Steve Zappala said he believes Rosfeld acted "recklessly and without justification," and thus, the evidence supports charges of manslaughter and third-de- gree murder, and Zappala said his office has a "right to argue murder in the first," which the state code classifies as an "intentional killing."
