       MR. ALVIN MABREY, JR.
Mr. Alvin Clarence Mabrey, Jr. passed away Monday, June 20, 2022. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memo- rial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue Tampa, FL 33606 with James Ransom, officiating. MASK REC- OMMENDED.
Alvin Jr. was born January 1, 1977, to Joy and Alvin Mabrey Sr. in Bradenton, FL. He spent his early childhood in Tampa, FL but moved to Clearwater, FL as an adult. He attended Hillsborough Public Schools and worked in Se- curity and Hospitality until his health began to fail.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his devoted mother, Joy Denise Mabrey; father, Alvin Mabrey Sr.; second mother, San- dra Thomas; four daughters, Alyna Joy, Alaya Rose, Karleigh Annmarie and Alyvia Kristen; three sisters, Lakeysha Mabrey, Maria Mabrey and Bianca Mabrey- Word ; grandmother, Mary Rogers Brewer; aunts, Kassidy Brewer, and Keela Brewer; uncle, Rogers Macon (Leila); loving cousins, Kristin Joy Washington, Gloria Gladney, and Michele Clark- Crockett; caring and faithful friends, Ashley “Honey” Thomas, and Curtis Greaves; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and sor- rowing friends.

Mrs. Jessie McAllister passed away Friday, June 17, 2022. Mrs. Jessie was born in Albany, Georgia to parents Estell Daisy and Jesse Hooks. She was married to the late John McAllister. She moved to Florida many years ago to start her life. She enjoyed fis- hing, playing cards, and cooking for her family and friends.

MR. JAMES MADISON TAYLOR
Mr. James Madison Taylor passed away Friday, June 17, 2022. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. MASK RECOM- MENDED.
James Madison Taylor was born on August 3, 1938, to Madi- son and Lula Sanders Taylor in Sawyerville, AL. He was the youngest of six children. He con- fessed his love for Christ Jesus at an early age, was baptized and united with Bethlehem Baptist Church in Sawyerville, AL. He at- tended church there until later moving to Tuscaloosa, AL. He was educated in the Hale County School System where he gradu- ated from Hale County Training School (home of the Trojans) in 1956. Post graduating, Mr. Taylor relocated to Tuscaloosa, AL, seek- ing employment. There he found the love of his life, Alma L. Reedy and on April 18, 1959, they were joined together in Holy Matri- mony. To this union, one daughter was born, Janet Taylor. Mr. Tay- lor relocated to Tampa, FL in the early 60’s. While in Tampa he was employed by CSX Railroad where he spent over 30 years working several positions until he retired.
Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by: his parents; his loving wife of 40 years, Alma Reedy Tay- lor; daughter, Janet L. Taylor; five siblings, Author, Percy, Pigeon Mary, Jimmy, and Ethel B; and son-in -law, David Terrell.
Mr. Taylor leaves to cherish his memories: three daughters, Petronia Taylor (James) Strong, of Tuscaloosa, AL, Fannie Terrell, of Cleveland, and Sonja (Darrio) Anderson, of Tampa, FL; 12 grandchildren, Teresa, Eric, Adri- enne, and James, Jr., all of Tuscaloosa, AL; Cassandra, Lawrence, Tiffany, and Anthony, all of Cleveland, OH; Andre, Antonyis, Jastesia, and Demetrius, all of Tampa, FL; 30 great grandchildren, 10 great- great grandchildren; Goddaugh- ter, DruShonda Boyd, of Tampa, FL; a dear and special friend, Ms. Cynthia Murray, of Tampa, FL; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Mr. Taylor was a man that loved his family, especially his grand and great grandchildren. He also was a man that recognized the goodness of God, and he would express his gratitude to- ward God often. His most favorite scripture was, “The Lord is my Shepherd, and I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1) and he always in his conversation he would encourage people to pray.

MRS. LINDA ANN GIRVEN
Home going celebration for Mrs. Linda Ann Girven who pas- sed away on June 17, 2022 will be held on Saturday July 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Pines First Missionary Baptist Church, 4711 E. 21st Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, Rev. Cleveland Lane, Pas- tor with Pastor Charlie Sampson, officiating/eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Linda Ann Girven was born on August 31, 1965 to the parentage of Willie Bernard Hadley, Jr. and Helen Davis Had- ley in Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Girven attended the pu- blic schools in the Tampa Area. She was very family oriented and she loved spending time with friends and family. Mrs. Girven enjoyed singing, dancing, liste- ning to music, making people laugh and most of all tea time as she would say.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Hadley, Jr. and Helen Hadley; grandmother, Annie Baker; brothers, Lorenzo and Melvin Girven; sister, Valerie Stillings; daughter, Alandrea Fletcher; mother-in-law, Lue Dell Moore and grandson Zacari Moore.

Mrs. Alice Mae Carnegie Hudson “Lil Sister” sunrise was on September 30, 1943 in Tampa, Florida to the parentage of West B. and Nora L. Hudson.
Mrs. Hudson was preceded in death by: her parents, West B. and Nora L. Hudson; brothers, Willie Ervin, Jessie Hudson and sister, Louise Harris.
