Wii Bowling
of September. Play will resume on the first weekend of October. Dues
of $3 per person are collected the night of the event and prizes are
awarded to the highest scoring team. New players, please email Barry
or Diana Gray at: bdgray19@yahoo.com to be added to the contact list
and receive new player information which includes the process for
making your monthly reservation. No experience is needed to have a
fun evening of Wii Bowling. We hope you will choose to join us.

Wine Appreciation (WAG)

For our July event, we enjoyed our annual BBQ where we are celebrated
“Cheers to Bottles, Brews & BBQ”. The food was provided by “Pirates
of the Pig”, Brian Gutierrez, and a visit from Kent Virtue of Raley’s who
helped provide ice cold beer for tasting. This fun event was hosted by
your Steering Committee, Richard Wong & Phil Washburn, Dave Powel,
Nancy Donner, and Chuck Warren.
“Dazed & Confused” ~ A Tribute to Woodstock 50 Years Later” is our
August theme! May be the party of the year! Hosted by Jeanne & Scott
Smith and their hard-working team! Watch for details coming to you via
your membership email.
SURVEY SAYS! Coming soon to your email is our annual WAG
Survey. We depend on the survey to tell us (your Administrator &
Steering Committee) what is working, what we need to improve, and
your ideas for the next year’s WAG! We appreciate your input!
Just a couple of reminders while using Sign Up Genius ~ When there two
or more of you, you need to change the QTY to reflect the number in
your group (You are allowed to sign up yourself with 3 others). Please
list your guest(s) first & last name. If you don’t change the QTY, it only
reflects 1 person. Also, once you have signed up, please do not go in and
change or delete your reservation. Either email or call me (Helen).
It is much appreciated that if you have made reservations for an event
and are unable to attend to PLEASE let the HOST know or Helen know.
Even if you have paid, or if it is a ‘last minute cancellation’, we have
prepared and counted food items for your reservation. With a known
cancellation, we can accommodate someone on the wait list or make
adjustments to the food and/or wine servings. As a reminder, there are
no refunds due to the purchases based on attendance count made prior to
the event.
One additional reminder ~ We always set up two separate dates for you
to pay for the WAG Event. Please note, that we do not take payments at
our homes (or left under our door mats) as there is no proof the payment
was received. Also, the Club is not responsible for collecting for WAG
Events. If you are unable to make the dates to pay, please let the Host or
Helen know and we will make other arrangements to collect your
payment.
