According to Eric Treworgy, co-owner of Pugnuts Ice Cream, one of the happy tasks of any gelato and ice cream maker is that
they have to taste each batch that comes out of the churn. “So, we’re certainly not going to make anything we don’t love,” he ex-
plains, logically.
With 50 rotating flavors of gelato and ice cream, and new ones being created each season by chef and co-owner Karl Holmes,
