An employee who believes they have not been paid all wages earned may submit a
o r w o r k , a n d i t w i l l d i s p l a y a m a p o f
wage claim with TWC no later than 180 days after the date the claimed wages
l i c e n s e d c h i l d c a r e c e n t e r s , l i c e n s e d
originally became due for payment. If part of your unpaid wages were due within
h o m e s , a n d r e g i s t e r e d h o m e s . I t w i l l
180 days, submit a claim only for that part.
