When God created man, he made him in the likeness of God.
Mungu alipomuumba binadamu, alimuumba kwa mfano wake mwenyewe.
They were created male and female.
Nao walikuwa mume na mke.
Mungu akawabariki na kuwaita “Mtu.”
God blessed them and called them “man.”
Baada ya kuishi kwa miaka 130 Adamu alimpata mwana mwenye kumfanana, naye akamwita Sethi.
After he had lived 130 yearS Adam had a son in his own likeness and he named him Seth.
Hawa mkewe akawazaa watoto wengine baadaye, wa kiume na wa kike.
Adam had other sons and daughters.
Sethi akamzaa Enoshi.
Seth became the father of Enosh.
Enosh became the father of Kenan.
Enoshi akamzaa Kenani.
Naye Kenan, Mahalaleli.
Kenan became the father of Mahalel.
Mahalaleli naye akamzaa Yaredi.
Mahalel became the father of Jared.
Yaredi naye akamzaa Henoko.
Jared became the father of Enoch.
Henoko alikuwa babaye Methusela.
Enoch became the father of Methusaleh.
Henoko alitembea katika njia zake Mungu, na kummpendeza, hadi Mungu akamleta mbinguni.
Enoch pleased God and walked with him and God brought him to heaven.
Methusela alimzaa Lameki.
Methuselah became the father of Lamech.
Lamech had a son named Noah .
Naye Lameki alikuwa na mwana aliyemwita Nuhu.

Lamech said, “He will comfort us in the painful toil of our hands caused by the ground the Lord has cursed.”
