COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT) WITH ARP
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a therapy tech- nique that has been around for years, is well tested, and has plenty of research to back its effectiveness in many circumstances. CBT is a system that helps you challenge the negative thoughts about yourself and others that give you (and likely others) negative outcomes. By examining your thinking and considering alternative thoughts, you can come to happier and healthier conclusions. And, like all things, if you do this often enough with Intention, Repetition and Re- ward, you become someone who can easily see and embrace the thoughts that give you a more positive and happy out- come.
