HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY & END PANIC ATTACKS
You can fill this sheet out either when your anxiety is elevated, or after the anxiety is gone. If you feel you are moving towards a panic attack, focus on working with Homer first, and ensure he is feeling heard and safe and that your cortisol levels have stabilized or dropped before doing paperwork!
After you fill out your chart, review your before and after numbers from columns 3 and 6. Do the Butterfly hug and spend a minute or two with any positive outcome to help embed the Reward component associated with your improved change.
