Repeat this Set-up Phrase three times while continuously tapping through the points.
Step 3: The Sequence
While tapping about five times on each of the 14 points, repeat the Set-up Phrase three times while tapping on each point.
The points are illustrated on the diagram following and are:
1. Very top of your head
2. Inner end of your eyebrow
3. Just to the outside of your eye
4. Under your eye close to your tear duct
5. Under your nose above your upper lip
6. Under your lower lip halfway down to your chin
7. Just below your collar bone closer to your centre line
8. The “Bra Strap” point – reach around your torso and tap where your bra strap might be if you wore one (sorry gentlemen!)
9. The Wrist, on the inside of your arm about three finger widths up from the crease where you hand meets your wrist.
