Perhaps by now you really understand why all of these won- derful therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Meditation, psy- chotherapy and more may have worked for you, but only in
part. Many, if not all of these approaches can be helpful in varying degrees, for different people. After all, none of us are wired the same. And because we are all different, some ap- proaches make more sense us than others, and have more or less impact on our well-being, and in particular, on ending our panic attacks and helping us manage our anxiety.
A wise approach in solving any challenge is to consider the common denominator. That is to say, take a good hard look at that things that are the same every time the challenge arises. This is true whether we are perfecting a physical activity such as a sport, or solving world peace! Most often, there is something, or things, that happen in most, if not every,
