HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY & END PANIC ATTACKS
guide and coach you through changing your core beliefs and perfecting this proven technique.
Hundreds of folks have had success applying this unique method on their own. Most often, it is people who are so sick and tired of being sick and tired from their anxiety that they read this manual with strong Intention, and they carefully practice each and every step with great care, reveling in each and every milestone both big and small.
Even if you are only a little bit committed, I have seen many like you cause profound changes in their anxiety levels once they really “get it,” and “it” is Chapter Five. So one more time: Before you dig deeper into changing your life for the better, go back and reread Chapter Five!
The Disconnect: A Second Common Denominator
I have worked with hundreds, if not thousands, of people and helped them end panic attacks and manage anxiety. We al- ways begin this journey with learning the key components found in this book, and then work on mastering these power- ful techniques. As you can imagine, we get to know each other pretty well in doing so!
I have discovered a question that is important to answer in order to effect long-term relief and prevent you from reverting back to old behaviours: Why did your brain (Homer, in particular) wind up wired in such a way that your fight or flight response overworks? The answer to that is different for everyone, and a gifted therapist can help you answer it for yourself.
In that process of discovery with my clients, there is a key piece I have seen consistently: When folks stop and really look at their lives, they begin to recognize that they are not living into their deepest values. Most often not by choice, it seems that life and circumstances wound them up in a place where what they do, and how they act, are not really who they know themselves to be.
