How To Implement Your Mantra
Schedule your mantra’s use - make it a habit and part of your morning and evening rituals.
Create a physical trigger to remind you to use your mantra. Use simple reminders like sticky notes everywhere, wear your ring on a different finger, your watch on the other arm, or disable your bio-metric password for your smartphone and set an alpha password with a short form of your mantra. Each time you notice these reminders run your mantra a dozen times out loud or in your head. Begin and end your day with investing a short period (3-5 minutes) of repeating your mantra, ideally out loud and in front of a mirror.
