store or a fancy one from the bookstore. It doesn’t matter, but if you keep this exercise up over time – as you should! – it’s nice to compile a series of these books for your library.
Each and every morning, before you leave your bed, make a list of at least five things you are grateful for. They don’t have to be big, they don’t have to be related, and they don’t have to be things you already have. They can be people, things, feelings, behaviours, responses, presumptions – it can be just about anything. Just have them be something you notice in your life and feel Gratitude about (even a little bit). And they must be different every day. Never repeat something already on the list.
List those five different things in your book, and if you are inspired, write a sentence or two about one of them.
