WORKFORCE TRAINING
▶ TRANSPORTATION, DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS (TDL)
This 200-hour program gives participants the knowledge and skills necessary to begin a career in the Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics (TDL) field. TDL focuses on planning, forecasting, purchasing, light assembly, material movements, sorting, tracking, and safety of the product as it flows to the consumers, globally. TDL involves the entire operations of a manufacturing facility with warehousing, inventory management and distribution.
CREDENTIAL: National Career Readiness Certificate; Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10; Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) CLA; Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) CLT; Mott Community College Career Credential Certificate
PROGRAM LENGTH: 9 -11 weeks
▶ TRUCK DRIVING
Acquire the skills necessary to receive a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in just 4 weeks, as well as a great deal of over the road driving experience.
Credential: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A, B & P); Certificate of Completion
