  YOUTH SERVICES
▶ JOB CORPS SCHOLARS PROGRAM (JCS)
Job Corps Scholars (JCS) is a program that offers Free Career Training to youth 16-24 years old. The program will provide career training opportunities in Computer Science, Healthcare, Automotive, Skilled Trades, Advanced Manufacturing, and more! Youth enrolled in the program may have a high school diploma, GED or working towards a GED, also who is low-income. This Career Training Scholarship opportunity includes supportive services and is Free to students that meet the eligibility requirements. The supportive services included are: Educational Counseling, Employment Counseling, Employment Readiness Workshops, Personal and Career Assessments, Job Placement Assistance, and one year
of follow-up support. Once Scholars have completed the academic portion of the program, they are prepared and will be placed into related employment or apprenticeship opportunities as a benefit of their Technical training, Personal and Career Counseling, and Employer Engagement.
CREDENTIAL: GED, Certification, Associate degree
PROGRAM LENGTH: 6 months - 2 years
