The 95 Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. General Convention will be held July23-28,2019 at the
Bally’s LasVegas Hotel and Casino,3645 LasVegas Blvd.,LasVegas,NV 89109,855-264-1283.
The first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American
Men, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. members led the Civil Rights Movement;
founded and supported institutions such as the National Association for the
Advancement of Colored People, National Urban League, and the National
Association of Black Journalists; and donated to establish monuments and museums
in our nation’s capital: the Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial and the National
Museum of African American History and Culture.
With over 100,000 social media followers the organization provides a great
opportunity for engagement with AARP across Health, Wealth and Self to promote
products and services that benefit the membership and the communities they
serve.
