Volunteer /Ambassador Duties



                 As a Brand Ambassador, you will be expected to represent NMAAHC in a pleasant and
                 professional manner at all times.

                 Event Shift: Please arrive for staff meeting, site walk through, and sales set up. Meeting
                 location is NMAAHC on site staff office.


                 Cell Phone Use:  Cell phone use is prohibited during activation. Please make any necessary
                 calls during breaks .

                 Your duties will include the following assignments:


                 Event Activation:
                 1.   Set up and break down on event days
                 2.   Display premiums and literature; keep area clean and presentable throughout activation.
                 3.   Engage guests and encourage sales participation with visual aids.
                 4.   Distribute literature to guests.
                 5.   Refer any questions regarding museum benefits,  services and membership program.
                 6.   Familiarize yourself with museum member benefits.
                 7.   Restock premiums and literature from storage throughout the activation.
                 8.   Other required tasks as determined  based on per site activation.


                                          Brand Ambassador Dress Code

                 Brand Ambassadors will be provided NMAAHC-branded attire to wear say of the event
                 activation.


                 Please make sure that shirt is tucked in at all times.

                 Please wear black slacks.


                 Please also wear comfortable shoes for standing and walking.
