Jenjang Karir
Salah satu cara membuat para pelaku organisasi tetap berprestasi dan mampu bekerja secara jangka panjang, serta untuk menjaga kestabilan proses peralihan suatu pemangku jabatan, maka diterapkan mekanisme Jenjang Karir bagi tim operasional maupun support. Melalui program jenjang karir ini para karyawan yang memiliki potensi dari berbagai jenjang / tingkatan pekerjaan akan dikembangkan ke posisi yang lebih tinggi.
l Melanjutkan proses promosi / jenjang karir reguler bagi karyawan yang memiliki masa kerja dan posisi sesuai yang telah diatur dalam SOP jenjang karir.
l Memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan-karyawan potensial memenuhi persyaratan minimum All Star dan berijazah S1 / D3 yang ingin berkarya bagi perusahaan untuk menjadi Assistant Restaurant Manager atau Staff Departemen Support.
Career Path

Through the course, the career of potential individual for various rank / level will be further enhanced.
l Continue the regular promotion / career path process for employees with periods of service and position in accordance with the carreer path SOP.
l Provide the opportunity for potential employees who have met the minimum requirements of All Star and are S1 / D3 certified who want to work for the Company to become an Assistant RestaurantManagerorStaff inSupportDepartments.
