Pemenuhan & Peningkatan Kualitas SDM
Menyikapi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia di Perseroan, HRD melalui Recruitment & Selection Departement melakukan terobosan dengan Pemerintah Daerah, dalam hal ini Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) Jakarta, dengan membuat komitmen bersama untuk mengkaryakan kandidat yang memenuhi persyaratan di masing-masing wilayah kota Jakarta sebagai sumber tenaga kerja terampil bagi KFC, sekaligus untuk mendukung program Pemerintah dalam hal mengurangi angka pengangguran.
Fulfillment and Improvement of Human Resources Quality
Addressing the needs of human resources in the Company, HRD through its Recruitment & Selection Department made a breakthrough with the local authorities, in this case, Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) in Jakarta jointly committed to employ candidates that have met the requirements in the respective areas in Jakarta as the source of skilled labour for KFC, as well as to support government programs in terms of reducing unemployment.

Perkembangan Struktur Organisasi
Untuk kepentingan kelancaran organisasi Perusahaan maka diperlukan pengembangan di beberapa departemen seiring dengan perkembangan organisasi yang semakin besar sehingga skala pekerjaan menjadi lebih terfokus, maka pada tahun 2016 ini dilakukan pengembangan departemen dan sub-departemen antara lain:
l Divisi Operation membentuk departemen baru bernama KFC HD & KFC Box Department, dipimpin oleh seorang manager setingkat Departement Head.
l Store Development Department menambah jabatan baru, yaitu: Project Design Assistant Manager.
l Logistic Department menambah fungsi dengan menambah jabatan baru yaitu: Logistic Data Analyst dan Controller, serta menambah Gudang Marketing.
l Terdapat perubahan nama Sub-Department Head yaitu: Marketing Communication berubah menjadi Marketing Projects Department.
Organization Structure Development
To ensure smooth organization flow in the Company, some departments have to be developed in line with the growing needs of the organization so that organizational activities can be more focused. Therefore, in 2016 the following departments and sub- departments were developed:
l Operation Division established a new Department, KFC HD & KFC Box Department, headed by a manager-level Department Head.
l Store Development Department added a new title, Project Design Assistant Manager.
l Logistic Department added a function by adding a new title, Logistic Data Analyst and Controller, as well as added a Marketing Warehouse.
l There was a change in the name of the Sub-Department Head, Marketing Communication was changed to Marketing Projects Department.
