Who Am I
               I am the Founder & CEO of Kickoff Capital a nationwide commercial mortgage boutique
               specializing in alternative financing solutions for investors, commercial property owners, and
               small business owners. I have helped several investors  get access to financing when traditional
               sources were not an option for them. Over the years I have worked with clients to create
               customized lending solutions when financing from traditional sources failed or were not an
               option for them.

               The game of investing and running a  business is no easy feat, it’s a constant battle that runs
               24/7 365 days a year.  When in battle you get knocked down, you struggle, you win and you
               lose at times but the key is staying in the game, but once you get negative business marks on
               your credit or fail to show income on tax returns you no longer fit the criteria for traditional
               lending sources.

               The truth is that the finance industry has failed the investor who doesn’t fit the dated tight
               lending criteria of the banks.  Lastly, traditional banks are not ideal  when you face challenging
               situations  such as tax issues, liens, judgements, foreclosures or even bankruptcy. The truth is
               that banks are used to making car loans, opening checking & savings accounts, and issuing
               credit cards etc.  When it comes to real estate investing in the commercial world they tend to be
               unresponsive, slow to move, very conservative, and they lack understanding of your deal.

               Well I am here to change that for you whether you face a challenging situation or qualify for
               bank financing.  Getting approved for a cash out loan from a traditional lending source is denied
               majority of the time.  Furthermore qualifying for this type of loan  is based on your unique
               situation and funding source that you work with.  After reading this book you will have a clear
               understanding on what to do to get a cash out loan.

               As a commercial mortgage specialist I have exclusive partnerships and access to unique
               financing programs to help bankable and non bankable borrowers get access to commercial
               financing.  I am able to provide creative financing solutions for a variety of real estate
               transactions nationwide especially for refi cash out loans.  I understand there are hurdles and
               challenges to financing deals and that you may not fit in traditional lenders criteria box.What I do
               for my clients is simple,and it is my ability to listen to your goals and needs, help you underwrite
               the deal, and then get the financing to close your deal.
