SAW THE BRAKE LIGHTS COME ON FROM V2 AS IT STOPPED ON

LONDON ROAD AT THE HIGH STREET AND SWERVED TOWARDS THE

RIGHT TO AVOID THE VAN. V1 THEN SAW THE ONCOMING VEHICLE

AND SWERVED BACK TO THE LEFT AND HIT VEHICLE 2 IN THE REAR

CAUSING INJURY TO RIDER 1 AND BOTH VEHICLES.

A2, HIGH STREET J/W CHURCH LANE, NEWINGTON Swale

V1 was pulling out of Church Lane, waiting to turn right onto High Street, Veh1, car, W -> S Casualties 1

NEWINGTON. Driver of V1 looked right and saw V2, looked left and saw it Veh2, car, N -> S Vehicles 2

was clear V1 then pulled out as they thought V2 had driven past. However V2

had not completely passed V1. V2 was driving along the HIGH STREET from

RAINHAM towards SITTINGBOURNE. V1 has collided with the back nearside

door of V2 causing V2 to swerve across the road onto the other side of the

road. V2 has then spun a 180 degrees and hit into a bollard on the pavement

causing damage to the bollard and further damage to V2. The driver details

were exchanged and all witnesses stated the same account. Section 170.
