roadworks ATS. C1 was on foot and crossed the road from south to north in Vehicles 1

front of V1. A road worker who was engaged in controlling moving traffic

signalled to the driver of V1 for it to move forwards. V1 did so and collided

with C1. Fatal injuries caused to C1. V1 failed to stop at the scene. Details

received later.
