PART B- ADDENDUM

INTRODUCTION

This DAS Addendum has been prepared following the

submission of the application and subsequent meetings with

Swale Borough Council. In summary, as a result of the feedback

received from the consultation and in order to proactively

respond to those discussions, the concept and layout of the

site has been revisited.

This DAS Addendum sets out the proposed design response

and supersedes the relevant parts of the original DAS

submission.

Shown immediately opposite it site layout plan submitted

originally with the application for 40 units which allowed for

future connections to the east, west and south.

Following feedback during the consultation period on concerns

about the Landscape Visual Impact and the potential harm to

the Grade II heritage asset of Ellen’s Place a further iteration

of the site layout plan was produced (see page opposite).
