Access Provisioning and De-Provisioning



                    Objective       The objective of Service & Access Provisioning and De-provisioning
                                       (SAPD) process is to monitor and control the allocation and de-

                                     allocation of IT services in order to ensure user satisfaction and to
                                        ensure that systems are not subject to unauthorized access.


                                      The scope of Service & Access Provisioning and De-provisioning

                                   (SAPD) process includes all services that are provided and revoked by

                                     IT department including hardware, software licenses and access to

                                                        OETC information systems.

                                   The End User is responsible for:
                                       o  Service/Access Request Initiation
                 Responsibilities
                                       o  Obtain approval from the Line Manager


                                   The Help Desk Support Team is responsible for:
                                       o  Request Recording and Acceptance
                                       o  Review Possibility of Service Enhancement

                                       o  Request Prioritizing
                                       o  Hardware/  Access/  Software/  License  Provisioning  or  De-

                                           provisioning
                                       o  Checking Availability of Stock
                                       o  Hardware/ Access/ Software/ License Provide/Commission

                                       o  Request Closure.
