The requestor is provided laptop or desktop machine along
with a keyboard and mouse. Users will be able to access the
corporate network and internet services (separate services)
through this machine. Users will also be able to perform

desktop computing tasks including office productivity tasks
(through Microsoft office package and other utilities). IT also
provides the upgrade, maintenance and support for the
machine.

turnaround in most OETC locations
A: HR department send request for create new e-mail account
to IT section (Help Desk).

B: after confirming the e-mail account will be created through
EHC and send to HR.
User Responsibility Users are required to comply with clauses in the form and end
user computing and acceptable usage policies.
The machines can be provided within six to eight weeks
(after the issue of LPO).

For any support of an incident, users should log an
incident using Microsoft System Center
