                                                      Installation  is  carried  out  of  Microsoft  Office  Suite  for
                                                      desktop and laptop machines. Installation of any Microsoft
                            Description               Software is also carried out. Support and basic training to
                                                      the users is also provided for the standard software.

                             Features                Standard Application installation is a part of the image
                                                     installed on every machine provided to the OETC users.

                          Service  Targets             Support tickets are raised upon receiving calls at 017 and
                                                         80% tickets are responded to the same day.
                                                       For  any  support  of  an  incident,  users  should  log  an
                                                         incident using Microsoft System Center


                         Service Availability        The  service  is  available  99.9%  of  time  (not  including
                                                     scheduled change/maintenance outages).
